There where a lot of mosquitos and only a mosquito screen before the badroom window. So we slept with all the windows and doors closed but that was too hot. Would be very nice if all the windows would be provided with a mosquito screen..

Its a very quiet and preaceful place, close to Florence Sieba and other nice towns in the area. The landscape around is stunning and there are a lot of winery's around which can be visited. A beautiful get away with everything closs by. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great

We stayed in a family apartment. Very beautiful, cozy and clean. There was a grill on the terrace of our apartment. Parking on site. The hotel is located in beautiful countryside, but at the same time close to Florence, Pisa. Very attentive and friendly owner.

The property is really nice and Stefano the owner is really helpful and friendly. The apartment is very big and comfortable and super clean. The interior design of the apartment is very nice too. The landscaping and the swimming pool is very nice too. We stayed there for a few days and used this nice location as a "base" to visit Florence, San Gimignano and the chianti area wineries Highly recommended

there was nothing bad or to be improved

We had great time here. Our apartment fully delivered on expectations and was even bigger that it seems from pictures. All parts of Rondini Blu were perfectly maintained. Garden is beautiful and well-kept. Apartment is fully equipped, and you can notice that owners are taking care of details (even glasses, coffee cups etc. are pleasant to use). Hotel is located on a big terrain so all quests can have a lot of privacy. Location is very good – we were making trips to different towns in Tuscany and were able to get there in 30-45 minutes (to places like Monteriggioni, Castelina in Cianti, Florence) but also nearby towns offer some nice places to visit. We plan to return there in next years.

Very friendly owner! Situated in the beautiful sourondings of Toscana. Got great tips of restaurants in the area from the owner. A big pool with plenty of sunchairs to spend the day in. Big communal areas.

Nothing, everything was great!

The owner, Stefano, is great! Always paying attention to detail and very helpful. The location is amazing, in the middle of vineyards and olive trees, and very close to Florence, Siena, Pisa, and San Geminiano. Furthermore, there are a lot of little villages surrounding the area where you can find a lot of great restaurants and wine tasting opportunities. Amazing place! Just don’t forget to rent a car to fully enjoy its potential.

We had a wonderful time in Rondini Blu. The host Stefano was nice and helpful. We especially enjoyed the location in the middle of wineyards, olive trees and typical Tuscan landscape. The pool area was wonderful and water nice even in June. There is also a nice playground for children.

Casa Vacanze Rondini Blu is a family run property. Hospitality was warm and welcoming. The view of the Tuscan valley is breathtaking. We stayed in the Maisonette apartment. It was spacious and clean and great value. Overall excellent stay. Highly recommended if you are looking for a scenic authentic countryside Italian experience.

If comimg in colder months, better to take some shoes to wear in the apartment as there are ceramic tiles that tend to be cold.

- You definitely need a car as the area is very hilly and the next town (Montespertoli) is about 4km by road. Walking into town is not suggested due to traffic. (Not a negative per se, because a car is generally advisable in Tuscany region)

+ Very nice and helpful host. Beautiful house & location. Comfortable beds and very generous room size. House facilities are all in good order, kitchen tools and plates/glasses are available in plenty. Parking is free and enough space is available.

The apartments are very noisy and getting old. Two apartments each on top of the other and side by side and there are other holiday units around them, so it is not a place to find peace. The price is way too high.We spent two nights there.

The owner was very helpful to ensure a hassle free day on Florence
