just an incident where my right eye was bitten by a mosquito in the night so I had requested for fumigation prior to my return arrival

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the spaciousness of the room, which featured amazing high ceilings that added to the overall sense of luxury. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The breakfast was a highlight of my stay, offering a high variety of options to suit all tastes. From delicious cakes and pancakes to a selection of meats, cheeses, and perfectly scrambled eggs, there was something for everyone. It was a great way to start the day with a satisfying meal. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the staff. They were extremely nice and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. Their friendly and accommodating attitude made a significant difference and added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation, a great start to their day with a fantastic breakfast, and exceptional service from the hotel staff.

Lobby needs a better bar maybe and when I asked for a late checkout they wanted to give me 15 min. Considering check in time I thought that was silly.

Let’s start with The location it’s beside many cafes and restaurants and it’s few steps away from the famous duomo church. Checking in the staff were very welcoming, cheerful and helpful and checking in was super fast. Room was super clean, bed was very comfortable. Overall all it was a great experience.

I would have given 5 stars for the location alone, but this hotel has it all; clean as a whistle, super helpful and friendly staff, top quality large rooms with amazingly comfy beds and all amenities you could want, and a breakfast worthy of the Gods. No, it's not cheap but you get what you pay for and all hotels in Milan are expensive. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!

Everything was perfect

Starting from the welcome check in ; was perfect , short and very gentiley , our room was very clean , house keeping service was excellent , every time you enter your room , you feel like you enter a fresh your house . Hotel location is very close to every where , it is almost inside Duomo , Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and shopping places , as well as restaurants. They arrange taxi everytime in very short time , bellboy , security , housekeeping and ofcourse reception employees are very friendly and give excellent service. I stay very often in Europe and when you compare price performance ; hotel location , clean room, team was perfect . I can confidently recommend. ( We did not get breakfast so i can not do any comment about it) Every time i will visit in Milan , i will stay in this hotel.

The location is perfect. It is super close to the Cathedral and the shopping mall. The staff are very nice and say hello to you every time they see you.

A wonderful 3 night stay at a lovely boutique hotel behind Galleria Vittorio Emanuelle II. Location is superb. Room is cozy especially the bed. The concierge team, Sara & Andre, was amazing. They were very warm, friendly, helpful and very experienced. None of the restaurants they recommended had failed me. Definitely will stay here again when I visit Milan.

The coffee and capuccino at breakfast were sub par

The location was just perfect, right by the Duomo, and next to the Vittorio Emanuele galleries with Marchesi pastries, Dior, the original Prada store, and fabulous architecture. Across the square you can visit the Royal Palace now showing a Cezanne and a fantastic Brassai exhibit. The entrance to the hotel is just 1mn away from the subway station where you can buy a 3 day pass and move around Milan speedily and efficiently along the m3 yellow line. The hotel is beautifully decorated, uber cool, everything works and the mini bar is generously stocked. Also the concierge recommended us great restaurants. I could not have asked for a better stay.
