This was such a beautiful, comfortable room. We stayed 5 nights and felt it was a great location, about 10mins walk to the Colosseum and easy access to the metro with Manzoni station 10mins walk. Buses also readily available. Room is spacious with lots of space for luggage, clothes etc. Lockable safe, fridge, kettle. Bathroom is tiny but functional. The view of the church opposite was lovely and even though the street could be noisy, as soon as you close the windows you cany hear anything. An added bonus was the host picking us up from the train station and taking us for a drive around the neighbourhood, thanks Federica!

From the train station pick up to leaving on my last morning, Everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment was very close to the centre of everything. Clean, plenty of room, great hosts and close to the local supermarket.

The location is amazing, close to the most important tourist attractions and the central train station as well, which made it easy to go around. The stuff were friendly and gace us great suggestions for cafes and restaurants.

A bit of street noise in our room, probably because of the window seal but nothing overly disruptive. It gets quieter the later it gets.

A nice room with everything you need. Cleaning is done daily and towels changed every 3 days, so it is always nice and tidy. The hosts are super friendly and are very helpful. As far as the location goes there are a lot of restaurants, pastry shops, coffee shops around. Also the 2 papal churches Santa Maria Magiorre and San Giovani in Laterano are about 10-15mins walking distance, the Colloseum is about 15min walking away, so big attractions nearby. Whenever we are back in Rome, most likely we will stay here.

What was a bit unexpected was the noise from the street at night which I am sensitive to when sleeping - this I fixed with ear plugs.

Great value for the money, clean, comfortable bed, all you need for a weekend stay incl. tv with Netflix, small fridge, coffee and tea maker, and a bottle of Prosecco.

The bathroom was a little small but it had all the essentials.

The apartment was very spacious and had very good location (10minutes on foot from the Colosseum). Federica and Manuel were the perfect hosts! They helped us with everything we needed and they were very helpful when we asked for information and suggestions for restaurants/coffee shops etc. They also offered a free ride from Termini station to the apartment upon our arrival.

This lovely place is located at Monti. It is so close to all the essential necessities for a traveller. There are lots of excellent cafés and restaurants in the neighbourhood. You can either walk or take a bus to the main sights. Federica is always a message away if you need any help or suggestions and her friendly daughter Charlotte picked me up from the station when I landed. The shower pressure is very good. And my view from the window in autumn is magnificent. Beautiful old floor.

Exceptional - would highly recommend. Location was great , within walking distance for all of the main sites . The Apartment was very clean & spacious and air conditioning was great. We had booked a different accommodation originally but when we came across this one & read the reviews we switched and it turned out to be the best decision by far and great value. Our stay here was perfect, room was spot cleaned. Location is great, near several truistic points and relatively close to the main Train/Bus terminal (Termini). Guest instructions were clean and very welcoming. Breakfast is totally worth, good selection is great!

Very clean and comfortable. The air con was fabulous in the hot weather. Within walking distance to almost all of the major sights. If not the metro was nearby. Lots of places to eat and have coffee. Supermarket and post office up the road. Recommendations of restaurants etc by Manuel the host were fabulous.

Amazing stay! Host came to show me through room, helped with ideas or advice on where to go while in rome, super clean, lots of in room breakfast selection and topped up daily. Safe and secure, behind 3 doors! Perfect for solo female traveller like me. 10 min to coloseum, conveniece store 5 min away same street, laundromat, restaurants. Will always stay here if i hopefully make it to rome again one day.

Everything! Our hosts went well above and beyond, The location was great. Our first visit to Europe/ Italy/ Rome and this room will definitely be a highlight. I could not recommend this room more.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Rome, only a 10 minute walk from the colosseum. The room had everything we needed including a fridge and air conditioning. The property had a bit of history and I loved the style of the room we stayed in. The view of the church from our room was also such a bonus! The continental breakfast and room service was very good also! The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff also picked us up from the train station free of charge!!! They also gave us a mini tour around to show us all the cheap and great spots to eat and visit, they were so friendly and welcoming! The stay was a really good experience and I would definitely stay again! :)
