Extremely spacious, nice room. Welcome surprise. While the key code access is convenient, the system and locks are not the most user friendly. Read the instructions carefully.. You don't want to be studying them when you are in a hurry in our out.

when we entered the room it has some weird smell, after leaving the window open it disappeared.

As we stayed just for one night it was good, location near to Milano Centrale train station, area surrounded by the bars and restaurants, was nice to find place for have late dinner. The room was okay, we stayed in 4th apartment, l did not hear any noise from the street or other rooms. Check inn was much more easy than l expected.

The windows of the room are facing the street and they are not sound proof, so you can hear everything in the street. This was a bit disturbing. Also, they don’t provide storage room to leave the luggage.

The room is big, comfortable and clean. The location is perfect, close to public transportation.

Self check in and out was a bit complicated and unclear. We didn't knew the number of our room and had to chek 4 doors. The air-conditioning was also difficult to get it but we managed and put it on max but still was a bit cold.

Spacious room, high ceilings, nice bathroom with everything, comfortable bed and sheets, big windows, first floor, very close to metro station and waking distance to central train station. Very good price.

entering the apartment was complicated, we stayed outside for 1 hour almost after midnight because the internet didn't work on our phones and they didn't have access to the application, this ruined our rest, I think that the entrance to the apartment should be better organized and the internet should be provided at the entrance of the object, we are all tourists, we don't use the country's internet. It was a bad experience

The host was so kind that we faced a dilemma between extending our stay in a smaller room or having a late checkout, and she offered the late checkout for free. The hotel is an example of IoT application, appealing to all technology geeks. The rooms are clean and equipped with air conditioning.

Photos are a bit overpromising. The blanket on the bed was not clean, however, good that there was another one in the drawer.

Self-check-in super convenient, the location is less than 5 mins walk from a metro station but also from a main shopping street. In general good stay, I have not been bothered by anyone around.

The door system can only work if you have signal/data on your phone before arriving-mine didn’t ☹️ Unfortunately you couldn’t see out, get natural light due to shutters.

The 2 rooms had everything we needed. Door system was great if your phone was working.

I didn’t love the app access entry - I didn’t want to download an app and accessing email every time coming in and going out was a pain. also, the access isn’t easy for people not used to technology - I had to help other older guests get into their room

The location was excellent! Walking distance to everything we wanted to see. the room was spacious. Check in was very difficult. The lady next door helped us. The PIN code didn’t come until we requested it or perhaps it was lost- not sure. would highly recommend an easier process or someone there to help.

We enjoyed the self check in a lot. We got a link and we did everything all by ourselves. Nice and clean. We even had some candies, water and tea. The only inconvenience was the window we could not properly close and it was a little bit noisy at night. Other than that, everything was a 10/10.
