We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CroatiaI don't have anything to complain about. The hotel is good value for the money. However, there are some things that are good to keep in mind before making a booking: As previous review already stated - the rooms are NOT on the same location as is the breakfast. For us that was not a problem as we were prepared for it. The rooms are next to the main road so it can get noisy if you like to sleep with the windows open. Also expect flies and mosquitoes since it is next to a farm. Only thing I can suggest is for the hosts to include the country code when giving out the phone number to contact upon arrival. I have copied the phone number from the booking page and got a slight panic attack when there was a digit missing. But when I checked the number that was sent in the message - it was correct, I just had to work out the area code since calling from the roaming.
The hotel is located outside of Brescia in the countryside. But with a help of the GPS it was easy to find. Same as with the breakfast place. Room was nice and clean. We had a good nights rest. The breakfast was good, with homemade cakes and Italian coffee :) Hosts were really nice and helpful. The communication was good. Hotel is pet friendly which was a deciding factor for me as we were taking our dog for an operation. There is an elevator to the room which was a welcome surprise and came in really helpful.

SpainWe were supposed to drive 2 km to the breakfast room at the family farm. On the other hand, it was a fact we were informed about and assumed this handicap.
An almost freshly renovated building, for car travelling perfectly located an the autovía, some traffic but very good isolated when windows shut, with the air-conditioning confort no problem. Big balcon and a beautiful view. LOVELLY HOSTS and a great daily Italian breakfast, with homemade pudding, cakes and marmalade, own eggs and fruit, as well as, great ham, salami and cheese variations.

United KingdomBreakfast was allowed only between 8-9 am and checkout was at 10 am. Hardly any time to sleep if someone is on holiday. Moreover, check in is between 17-19 so the price is effectively for 17 hours max
