You could hear a bit of noise from other guests when they were in the shared hallway, but overall the guests were quiet and respectful.

Our host was wonderful and the breakfast was amazing. She accommodated for our early arrival and departure times. The room was clean and modern. We loved the location - just a short walk from the beach, handy to shops and restaurants, and a fairly short walk from the ferry terminal. Just an amazing value overall!

Rosanna Maison is the perfect and most adorable little B&B on ischia. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we felt cared for by Rosanna. The reviews do not disappoint, especially when it comes to the breakfast. Her cake is to die for! The property is lovely and has a homey feeling. Wish we stayed longer! Cannot recommend more.

Without a doubt, the number one reason to stay here is Rosanna! She is a genuine Napoletana, outgoing and almost maternally concerned about our comfort. She made us a delicious breakfast each morning, including omelets and a made-from-scratch cake. Rosanna was also a wealth of information, both on practical matters and how to get around the island. (We speak Italian) The room was super, with every possible convenience, including an impressive shower. The wifi was dependable and fast. Maison Rosanna is less than a block from the beach, along a side road that has less traffic. There's a breakfast terrace and a rooftop terrace, too. The port is a 15-minute stroll along one of the main streets lined with many, many shops. There are numerous restaurants to choose from nearby. Our next stay on Ischia will definitely be at Maison Rosanna

Absolutely nothing! I would have loved to extend my stay!

Warm and welcoming home. Rosanna made me feel at home. She greeted me with a cup of espresso and a slice of homemade apricot tart. It was delicious. The room was very clean and prettily decorated. I slept on a very comfortable bed! Rosanna went out of her way to make her guests feel truly welcome. I was treated to freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade desserts, and scrambled eggs. The breakfast was always outstanding! Both sweet and salty food was served in the communal kitchen. Rosanna made me feel as a valued member of her family! I enjoyed our chats at breakfast. I could not have asked for a better host! Thank you Rosanna! I highly recommend this establishment. It is walking distance from the port, as well as shops, cafes and restaurants.

The B&B is very cosy, we stayed two nights there. It is located just between the beach and the main walking street with shops and bars. We loved the homemade breakfast in the mornings. The owners were very helpful and recommended us how to better explore the island. We stayed during December and it is a nice time to see island more as a local than a tourist.

This place is perfect! We only stayed here for one night but I wish it was a longer stay. The host is so warm and friendly that we felt like home. She cooked us an amazing homemade breakfast and helped with everything we needed without hesitate. The room was spotless clean, with a big bed, good pillows, a small fridge and a spacious bathroom. If you want to explore the island by foot or public transport, this place is strategic located, very close to the port and with plenty of bus lines passing a few steps away.

Rosanna’s place was a gem but Rosanna herself is the jewel of the crown. It was like staying with a dear friend. She made us feel at home, gave us great advice on what to do and baked us fresh croissants every morning. Location was perfect, walkable to restaurants and main attractions. Rooms were spotless, nicely decorated with modern bathrooms. She even set up an ironing board for me. Thank you for everything, Rosanna. Ischia was unforgettable and so were you! ❤️

Nothing everything was great

I had a fantastic stay at Rosanna maison, the house is beautifully decorated like the room. Super clean and Rosanna is an amazing host. She welcomed me with a great smile coffee and cake and room was ready even though I arrived early. Breakfast with fresh cakes and also salty foods was delicious. Place is very central, 2 minutes away from beach and 15 minutes to port and bus station. Highly recommend this property

That I had to leave!

The stay begins with a warm and welcoming greeting from Rosanna. I’m not sure what I preferred: her joyful presence or the slice of delicious cake that accompanied her! She is truly a gem. There are too many ways to fall in love with this place. It’s super convenient: close to the bus station, the beach, the port, restaurants (she has many recommendations!). It’s immaculate, spacious, comfortable. The food is beyond delicious. The list goes on!

Such a lovely B&B! The room was comfortable and nicely decorated - I came home with various decorative fishies, inspired by this place. The breakfast was very good - including home made cakes. Rosanna is a charming host and was very helpful when we got into a bit of a bind. The location is 15 mins walk from where the ferries arrive and the main bus station - very handy as we made an excursion to Procida one day (super nice) and took the bus to visit a couple of towns around the island. Although the house is not stand alone, it was quiet at night. The main street is just up the road and there are loads of eating options nearby (we ate so well during this trip - not a single disappointing meal). I would definitely stay here again.
