The hotel was far from the center of Florence, but in a quiet residential area.The staff were all very kind. The room was nice. The breakfast was also good!

A small hotel conveniently situated within a short bus ride to Firenze city centre. There is a secure car park located nearby, so we did not use our car during our stay. The room was spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A lovely buffet breakfast was served in a cozy tea room. There is no restaurant but there are plenty of places to dine in the area, including a very good restaurant next to the hotel.

Fabulous European hotel within the best traditions. Jazz music quietly playing from the speakers in the hallway, lovely staff, wonderful breakfast, and the room pictures really don't do the place its justice. Loved the hotel, did not expect it to be this good, truly. The only thing is that you have to take a direct bus to the old town (about 20 minutes) and I'd prefer it if I woke up near Uffizi you know? If you don't mind - the place is gold.

Nothing, perhaps the traffic in the morning and evening but then again, its to be expected as you are in a busy city.

Charming italian hotel only 10 minutes by bus from the old center. Comfortable room and proper bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was very good with a standard selection of sweet and savory options and drinks. As other reviewer's mentioned, the room for the breakfast is a bit small but for us it was no big deal. The icecream shop and restaurant besides the hotel are amazing.

Classic Italian hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms decorated with style. It even has a small library for the guests, which is the cutest idea I saw in a hotel so far. The city center can be reached easily by bus (around 20 mins). Way better than a modern hotel, looking forward to my next stay.

I loved everything about it. A beautiful room in a beautiful building, very exquisite. Special shout out for Dino at breakfast who brought me a cake and candle for my birthday and made a fabulous breakfast of soft boiled egg and soldiers! He is an absolute star 🌟

Warm hospitality. Staff are knowledgeable and always willing to lend a helping hand. Thank you to the lady at the reception, Andrea and Dino. Also very near to big supermarket and easy to get a bus into the city. Tickets can be bought at the reception.

Everything was ok

The hotel is very nice, clean and personal are so kind. There is possibility to park your car in a private area at 3 min from the hotel.The rooms are clean, bed are comfortable and the breakfast very good. From 5 min waking near the hotel you can take a bus to city center.

Breakfast room is really very small. There is no place in front of the hotel for drop the luggage out of the car.

Design of the hotel is lovely, rooms are comfortable. we have stayed in classic room and it was ok. their breakfast saloon is so tiny but they are asking your breakfast time and you are not waiting the other guests. location is perfect , you may have a bus to old town (it takes 10 minutes). The bus station is so close to hotel. There is a private garage near to hotel and the price is 15 euros per day. you need to make a reservation before your arrival. thank you for your hospitality

It's a shame I have to add something here, since the stay itself was perfect. They don't use the booking.com payments platform, which is fine, but they don't make it clear how the payments will work. Before the stay I saw an amount go off on my card, which is fine. I assumed I'd just pay the rest on checkout. Turns out they just reserved an amount, to be used alongside the final payment. The problem was that you need the same card it was reserved against with you (this might be standard). I had no idea however, my card was due to expire during my trip so I had it replaced when I got there. We managed to make it work by cancelling the holding, but it's been 7 days and I don't have access to the money and now I'm going through a 14 day process with my bank. It did not change too much of my trip and I would still recommend them any day, but it would not have happened if it was explained properly, and hopefully anyone reading this will proceed and remember to take the same card

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful and gave really good advise on how to get around. They were generally really helpful for any requests. The room was incredibly homy and a really cosy little balcony to relax in.

Not having year around air conditioning was a minus. We were right above the street and there was street noise until 2am. Couldn't open the window due to the noise. The staff did bring us a fan which helped. Getting in to the property without an elevator is a little problematic. We had 2 large suitcases - nothing like a good workout.

The Breakfast was the bright part of the stay, that along with a super friendly staff made our stay quite enjoyable.
