Great rooms are towards the main road, With windows open road noise was not comfortable, A room table fab to fan in room would have all solved the problem But the staff was excellent and owners where excellent , Just fan would solve the issues

Unfortunately the location was on the main road and was a bit noisy.

Location was quite central close to the town centre. Good breakfast. We got an upgrade to a suite which had a small terrace with Mountain View’s.

In the morning around 9 am we came back to our room from breakfast to see the cleaning staff cleaning the room even though we were leaving that morning. I am not sure if the room got cleaned again after we left. Perhaps this was just a miscommunication between reception and cleaning.

To have anybody to check us in took veeeeeery long time. Parking was full, ev charging was actually not at the hotel, it was few hundred meters away.

Breakfast, especially staff there was great. Room was great, we got an upgrade to have a bigger room in order to have the requested two separate beds.

that I was charged to have an extra bed for my daughter despite the fact that I already included in my booking that I requested an extra bed. we were told a nice view of the mountains but we got the lowest level of the hotel

Although the picture shows ample space for parking as if t were directly in front of the hotel, there is actually only a small space in front; you will need to go into reception to be shown space. A word to those bringing a pet - We brought our dog, and the facility was great for her; unfortunately, the hotel also has a dog who was in the lobby at check-in and was not leashed and very territorial, therefore a bit aggressive toward our dog (which was leashed and under control). The desk hostess actually told us - be careful - ours is not a good dog. Be careful to keep your dog safe and on a leash in the lobby. Once we understood, we had no further problems.

Fabulous breakfast. A good restaurant on the premises, although a bit over-priced. Pet friendly - and easy access to the room with both stairs and elevator. Very clean and tranquil room.

Nothing - we liked everything!

We really loved Hotel RossKopf. It was a beautiful hotel, where you can relax and recoup. We were upgraded to a superior double on arrival - it was amazing the beds were the comfiest we have stayed in and the view of the mountains from the room were spectacular!!! I wasn't very well unfprtuantely whilst there- but nothing was too much for the staff. They brought us room service from the restaurant - the food is delicious and fresh. The staff were very accommodating and caring. Breakfast for great too! Beautiful place and would definitely stay again, thank you!

Staff were friendly & helpful on our arrival. We booked the hotel at the last minute as we had to change our plans unexpectedly. The town was close by so we could explore on a rainy afternoon. Really nice town. Both hotel & town were a good find.
