How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

My impression was that hotel is over its top period.
The property is at a good place, was relatively cheap (in our case) compared to the properties in the area. The stuff was very nice and helpful. The area is relatively quiet. Free parking in private parking area.

I booked a deluxe room (recently renovated), bright and comfortable. I asked for directions to Treviso and Venice and the receptionists were very kind. Hotel in a strategic position!

We booked room with conditioner but it seems it was older model or not that strong, our room was in roof floor, so it was very hot at night to sleep. It was a bit dissapointing as we were "running away" from +35 degrees and wanted to recover a bit for further journey.
Tidy room, bathroom more or less clean, were more then enough towels, shower slippers. Our bath was with jaccusi edition but we didn't use it. Very nice and friendly administration. Big private parking. There was a nice restaurant in same building, it's quite expensive but food was very tasty and owner gave much attention to his clients, that was really nice.

Comfortable hotel We stayed one night and had breakfast. The lady who served us was very friendly even though there was a large group in the other breakfast room. (they have 2 separate breakfast rooms for individuals and tour operators!)

I booked the family room and enjoyed our stay. Spacious and bright room SUPER CLEAN We had looked at the location on google because we wanted to be comfortable for visiting Treviso and then getting back on the highway. Perfect choice

Location basically. You should plan every trip if you don't rent a car. I've used taxi from Treviso.
You should buy breakfast. Definitely that was good. Room was clean and stuff was really good. They interested with any needs

I booked this hotel due to the positive reviews I read recently and its recent refurbishment (read the reviews) Eros and his staff welcomed us in a wonderful way! The hotel is really youthful, fresh and clean. Having a code to enter even during the night is very convenient. We visited both Venice and Treviso as the hotel is close to both! VERY CONVENIENT!

By a noisy road, but that can’t be helped. The room was very warm, and air conditioning wasn’t very effective. But it was during a heatwave!

It's hard to find anything to complain about. Well, OK, the door didn't open very smoothly (you have to pull it and then push it). And the light could be brighter. Maybe.
This room has all the comforts you need. The days were really hot so air conditioning was important. And it worked well. Bathroom was well equipped and extremally clean. The bathtub even had sort of jacuzzi (never actually tried it). Room was simple, but nice and all worked as it should. The staff was helpful and they did speak decent English. And there was a nice parking for our motorcycles. Perfect place as a base to explore Venezia!

The breakfast needs more variety, not everyone likes sweet foods first thing in the morning. We booked a small room as we were just in transit and stayed for 1 night, so for the short stay it's fine, but doesn't have a big window so it needs more daylight.
Staff was friendly, good value for the money, quick and easy check in, the room was clean. Ok for a short stay

Everything was exactly as expected and more! No problem checking in late, gracious and friendly customer service with attention to every detail, yummy pizza nearby, perfect breakfast. The room is modern and clean and has all the facilities needed for a traveller’s comfortable stay. I loved the slippers :)
