The toilet flush stuck so we had to wait each time we used to see if we had to get it unstuck.

It was very close to the train station. The tv had one station in English & that’s very rare.

One of the hand towels had marks on it so we weren’t sure if it had been washed but everything else was fine.

The room was very spacious. Huge ceilings and very roomy which was nice compared to other hotels. It was high in a building so there was no noise to be heard which made it enjoyable and peaceful.

The location was near one of the main train and subway stations. It was near historical places too. There were full of restaurant and souvenir Shoppings. A bus station which passes through main city points was in fron of the building.

The room was very nice and spacious, very close to Termini which was very helpful. Met Miller a couple of times when checking in and out, very nice and helpful chap. For what I wanted from a stay it was great, would look to book again if back in Rome.

Place is very convenient if you need to be near the termini station to catch a train after a long flight you take a rest at casa fanti and the next day you go to the station. Literally 2 minute walk. I found The owner very accommodating if you need something. The room is what you pay for and there is all one need.

The rooms could be more well cared. They should be rennovated so as to adapt to their quite high price. One actually pays for the location and not for the room quality.

We really liked the location of the place. Super-central! Within 3-10 minutes you're able to catch every means of transport you want. A lot of places nearby to eat or drink a cup of coffe. In the Termini metro station (3min walk) there are also restaurants and a good coffe house. Our host was really kind, answered all our questions, provided us with a city map, and helped us with our check in, as we arrived quite sooner than the time he was expecting us.

Not much that I didn't like. It seems on par with the décor of most of Rome (outdated, in my opinion). The room can also get very noisy because it is a busy area with a lot of street traffic.

I really liked how close it was to the train station. The bus stop to the airport is right around the corner so it's a very good location for an early flight! The staff was friendly and helped me with printing my bus ticket. There is good privacy and access to a kitchen if needed. The room was a nice size and it served my needs.

The AC could be cooler but had it not been 40 degrees outside it would not have bothered us.

The host Zakir was very nice and accomodating. The AC in the room did at first not work but we messaged him on whatsap and he came right away and fixed it. Then we wanted an extra fan and he came with that aswell. He always had a smile on his face. We enjoyed our stay and for the price we paid it was very much worth it.

Kitchen was not equipped so well, home cooking not possible. The appliances were a bit worn out. I wouldn't need a fancy espresso machine, but with a simple saucepan one could make a coffee easily.

Nice location, cozy rooms, friendly staff. The host provided everyone water bottles! Rooms have Air Conditioning.

The neighborhood can be a little scary when you get there at night because it is dark. There is not an obvious sign that tells you where the place is. So we were confused at the beginning thinking we had the wrong address. But check the numbers on the houses. This is not a hotel or doesn't look like one. It is more like an Airbnb because it is an apartment turned into different rooms but you have access to the fridge, the microwave, and the kitchen(coffee machine). But the entrance is like going to an apartment.

The location! This place is very close to the metro station. The bus from the airport leaves you right there. And you can take it back from there as well. So you don't have to be walking around everywhere with your luggage. Since it is just one block from it. With a bus pass you can go anywhere until late at night and it was fairly easy to find transportation to go anywhere we want it and to come back. Having a bag of fruit, juice and pastries every morning was perfect for a good breakfast to go. Or a snack after a long day of walking. We didn't hear any noises. The windows are sound proof so it was very peaceful and quiet for us to sleep. It was very easy to talk with the owner any time we needed it.

The location of the accommodation is perfect, but the accommodation itself is not. Breakfast arrives in a paper bag the night before. It consists of: a croissant, a 2 dl juice, 1 apple, 1 banana. So the next day you eat a pastry from a plastic box from the day before. Disappointing and boring. The shabby coffee machine is in the common hallway. The whole accommodation is a huge disappointment. Only the location is acceptable. The bathroom smells of sewer all day. The hairdryer is old, noisy and barely works. The shower cabin has no space for a shower gel, you can barely fit yourself in it. I do not recommend it to anyone!
