Nothing, everything was amazing.

My boyfriend and I absolutely adored this little gem, and was the best place we stayed on our trip to Sardinia. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and the room was exceptional. Blackout blinds and bug nets on the windows, comfy bed, high pressure shower, EXCELLENT breakfast, nice pool, great cleaning, quiet, and great location. I can’t say enough good things about Sa Prata. We fell in love with Sa Prata and Budoni, and We’ll definitely be back!

Bed wasn't the most comfortable, too soft, also the height of double bed was different(one part was higher than other).

The hotel is perfect, particularly if you rent a car and want to move along the eastern coast. Francesca at reception was extremely helpful, and so was every single member of staff we came across. The area around the hotel is quiet, with a couple of good restaurants and a super market that can be reached on foot or by car in a few minutes. There is a nice pool if you want to stay at the hotel and relax but they also have umbrellas and towels for the beach available so you don't have to purchase these.

the only little drawback was the air con that was a bit noisy, so we didn't use it and left the windows open instead ;)

I really loved that place! If (or rather when!) I go back to Sardinia, it is definitely somewhere I would love to go back to! it is quiet and still feel really holiday-like; it is easy to reach from Olbia airport (30min by car); easy to park (big car park at the back); easy to check-in, even late (we arrived around 10pm, after the reception had closed but we got all the info beforehand to check-in by ourselves and even a text once we made it there to make sure all was ok for us!). the breakfast is lovely with everything you need and on the lovely terrasse; the pool is great, the proximity to beach (Porto Ainu) just 10/15 min walk. Restaurants (I'd recommend the spaghetti alle vongole e bottarga from Pedra Niedda ;) ) and pizzerias also walking distance from the hotel. It is also easy to reach by car other places like Posada, La Caletta, or other big beaches. The staff is the friendliest we encountered in Sardinia, always very lovely and accommodating, always ready to help or give advice! in summary, a great stay and quite sad to leave!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay: - Loved having breakfast outdoors in the mornings. Good variety of quality food, and excellent coffee. - Close enough to drive to La Cinta & Brandinchi beaches each day. - Having a good-sized pool also provided us alternatives to the beach when we just needed a respite from the heat. - Sitting out on the veranda on an evening as the sun set. - Such friendly, attentive and helpful staff ... speaks to the culture of the management. - Just down the road there's a spectacular restaurant (Shardana) on a beach.

very relaxing and everything immaculate we especially appreciated an in room kettle ( bigger cups would be nice) green grass and a pool and extremely helpful staff early checkin was a bonus …….Thankyou Francesca………..and the 10% discount at local restaurant was great

Very noisy air conditioning. Luckily we used it very little, to cool the room when we returned from trips to the island. At night you could not sleep with him open!

The location of the hotel is very quiet, close to the sea, about 1 km. Spacious, clean room, with all the necessary equipment, impeccable towels, toilet supplies in the bathroom, bed linen changed every 3 days and in the closet are two towels for the pool. Breakfast is served at the table, with many choices, from prosciutto, pecorino, bacon, salami, omelette, boiled eggs, cereals, yogurt, butter, jam, nutella, fruit salad, melon, 3 types of juices natural, cakes, croissants, muffins and delicious coffee assortments. The staff serving the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful in any need. You can ask for the beach umbrella at the reception and you will receive. On the day of departure they were very kind and we were allowed to leave the room a few hours later than usual, the hotel having no other reservations for that day. Parking is free, with enough spaces available. There are several restaurants where you can dine and from the reception we received a 10% discount to use 3 of them, having a partnership with the hotel. We made a great choice when we booked this hotel and we recommend it with confidence!

It is not maybe the most perfect lcoation. The nearest beach is not that atractive, but it aint something hotel can change :)

The hotel is a little paradise approx. 30 min from Olbia airport. Swimming pool fantastic, staff as well. Everthing is easygoing and just couple of days feels like one week holiday.

The price we paid is not compare about the style of a resort, the service as well. Self check-in, aircon didn’t work, reception not open all day and the bar service same.

The room was front of the swiming pool and can see the sea as well. Room/bungalow enought big for 2 adult plus one child. Silent area and private parking.
