Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe only flaws were the stench of sewerage coming from the bathroom and extremely thin interior walls which meant you were hearing cleaners shouting at 6.30am and guests coming home after midnight.
Excellent location; A short walk from the station, one block from the sea. Hotel is fairly new so interior of room was immaculate and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows and view from balcony was beautiful. Value for money!

HungaryThe hotel is very close to the airport (5 mins by taxi). It is located just a minute walk from the beach. This area has everything a family with little kids needs: playgrounds, supermarket (Coop 10 mins walk), the beach and a square from sightseeing "train" takes for a 40 mins ride along this part of the city. We were absulutely delighted with the variety and quality of the breakfast, the restaurant staff is kind and attentive. Speaking about staff- special thanks to the front desk! Even though we were a difficult bunch with the 2 kids, the girls were always very nice and helpful (my nephew even got a birthday song) with us. The young bartender guy makes the best cappucino! We have been happy with the houskeeper as well, she was always ready to help when we needed something. Thank you all! We had a lovely stay! :)

Czech RepublicCleanliness: unfortunately, the room was quite dirty. There was dust on the floor and some parts of the bathroom were not cleaned for some time. The window in the bathroom was a bit mouldy. Room: the furniture is okay but old-stylish . This is typical for a lot of hotels in Rimini so it is up to you what you like. Noise: we could hear the sounds from the second room (TV/radio) and flushing/water flowing during the night.
The hotel is a big surprise. The location is awesome = 2 minutes walking to the beach (which is for free and offers discounts for sun beds), 15 minutes by bus to the city centre and a lot of restaurants around. The staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms have a balcony with beautiful view and are good to the dry your clothes, the bed is cozy, bathroom is okay - depends on your room. AC included. The breakfast is big and delicious - from sour (eggs, bacon..) to sweet (pancakes, cakes, muffins..) - careful, not takeaway if your flight is early in the morning. Reception 24/7 including a bar with delicious coffee and probably the cheapest in the city.

United KingdomThe cleanliness in the room could have been better; the ashtray was cleaned only once throughout the entire time. Breakfasts didn't match the photos, and the selection was not extensive, but it was still possible to eat.
Overall, everything went well, friendly staff, delicious food. We were supposed to have a room with a garden view, but I wrote to the hotel before arrival and asked for a room with a sea view if possible. The hotel fulfilled my request. We especially want to thank the manager Alina, she was very friendly and kind, explained and showed everything, and was always ready to help. We also want to thank the sincere and hospitable waitress Lariss, who also helped us a lot. The location is also excellent, just a few steps to the sea.
