This property is not near very much at all. Spent $50 in cab fare to buy a tie. Asked for ice. It was delivered to the room. Laughably small ice bucket about the size of a 10 oz cup.

Breakfast was very nice. The rooftop restaurant had excellent food and excellent service.

Everything although the location might not be ideal for some that want to be near the old town. But it is very nice, clean, friendly staff. Perfect

The warm part of the breakfast wasn't warm. A little more international breakfast would be good. A bigger selection in the dinner menu card and also for the wine would be good. A more soft bed with a top mattress would be preferable and would be good for such a hotel in the higher class.

Very nice staff and very helpful. Very nice hotel and new. Very nice food both dinner and breakfast. But the menu card should be extended and offer more.

the restaurant food and staff not good at all. we received in our second day the breakfast burned fried eggs and raw sausages swimming in oil. we both had upset stomach’s. Reception and bar staff were very nice

size of room, the hotel was very clean and bed very comfortable. the reception nice decorated and very spacious and the best part is the parking.

It's an odd location... not near much and on a very busy road.

The rooms were very comfortable. The pool was great and the restaurant was fabulous! Everything super clean. Great little hidden spa downstairs. Breakfast was excellent as well.

We got stuck in the elevator, which created stress for the staff, but it was for a short while and it went well, but when we asked if we could stay by the pool at checkout, we had to pay 10 Euros per person family of 4) Here you could have easily done something positive after our experience, but didn´t, so we left the hotel, a little disappointed.

Nice hotel. Beds are pretty good actually, for Italy. The pool on the roof is great and very nice staff in the pool bar. At check-in, the staff confirmed that they knew I was gluten intolerant and that there were options for me. It felt very nice.

Lots of fish on the menu😅🙈 I could of imagine diff type of meet on the menu too. Also a bit far from the beaches area.

We loved everything here! The staff, the place, the safe car parking, the (gluten free) breakfast & dinner too, and the hotel is absolutely amazing!!! One of our best hotel where we have been! Thanks again!!

Although the rooms are non-smoking, my room had a habit of smelling of cigarette smoke, which I can only assume was coming through the vents. As a non-smoker, this was quite unappealing! Finally, the gym was extremely small, could do with an uplift of equipment and maybe some ventilation as it got hot very quickly!

Very presentable, clean and modern. The staff were very polite and helpful.

spa was with extra payment and we were not notified about this , the pool had no shades and no umbrellas , the air condition in the room did not work properly. this made our stay uncomfortable
