First room the door to the balcony would not lock so therefore aircon would not work. Resolved immediately by moving us to another room.

Excellent breakfast with good choice. Scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, pastries excellent freshly made coffee.

Very good breakfast with hot selections, cakes etc. Double glazing was necessary due to scooters, but the aircon worked well. Kettle in room was a bonus.

I only stayed one night but it was very pleasant, with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was nice and a good size. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. Location is walkable to the main sights/squares. I didn't have breakfast but it was available and the bar looked good from a brief glance. No complaints at all.

This is a very nice hotel. I stayed on the top floor and it was quiet even though the room was facing the street. Everything is new and nice. Breakfast starts at 7:30 on weekends and is modest though good quality. You have to order coffee, there is no extra charge, but it takes a while if several guests are ordering at the same time.

Very friendly and helpful staff, facilities were in great condition and very clean. There was a mini-fridge available in the room which was helpful for me, as well as swift, reliable wifi. Location was very good; close to the train station but also within easy reach of major attractions. Would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Trieste.

Beds a bit uncomfortable. Air conditioning in bedroom ineffective.

Great location for exploring this great city. Walking distance to main train and bus stations (connections to/from airport) and close to all the main attractions. Lovely staff and friendly atmosphere. Tasty breakfast and a nice lobby bar for that evening drink.

There was a bit of noise from the construction on adjacent building. It was only noisy on Saturday

Size of the room, really huge and so quiet, and comfortable. Staff were so nice, always so willing to help. The hotel is very near the main train and bus stations. Very near as well to the main restaurants area and the sea.

The storage facilities in the hotel room was poor. There were two compartments for storage almost at ceiling height and impossible to use. There was no hotel bar.

The hotel bar didn't open on Sunday. Shower had no hot water between 9-10.30

Beautiful hotel with a modern touch. Excellent location close to the action. The room was very well soundproofed for a good night's sleep. Very fast check-in and check-out process. Helpful and friendly staff. Look forward to my next stay.

Location perfect. A short walk from the train station and the city centre. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable . Good shower. Towels need replacing, they were rough. Did not eat in the hotel. Plenty of cafes nearby for breakfast. On arrival the staff were not overly friendly but at check out the lady was very nice. I would stay here again and I would recommend this hotel.

Had to ask for eggs, bacon, hot water to be replenished at 9.45 when breakfast finished at 10.30, this was done after awhile but I feel I shouldn't need to ask, staff should have been on the ball with this
