The air conditioning works, but not too cold. Seems all milk-contained products (yogurt in the glass and coffee with the milk) were overdue to taste. Maybe chef did not notice that. I requested check-in later than it's possible but got no answer and seems nobody would wait for us. Luckily we arrived 30 minutes before closing.

Very friendly and responsive staff. I am very grateful that it was possible to put food in the refrigerator at the reception. Nice view from the window. Comfort bed. The bathroom is well-equipped. The breakfast is really nice. One of the best experiences with small "but", read below about.

Relatively small room. No sound-proofing in the walls (maybe they are made of paper...) Almost EVERYTHING can be heard in the adjacent room and the on the passage.

the air conditioning in the room was a filter for booking and it was very poor, it was automatically switched off at some points in the night and from 10am to 3pm, which was disappointing. it is far to hot in Aug not to have have good air con. the rooms were very small and quite old, this makes me feel that it’s a little over priced for what it is.

I thought this was a lovely place to stay. it was exceptionally clean and the staff where very friendly and helpful. the location was out of Riva which was nice and the pool area was relaxing.

When you like to travel to see the Lake Garda and the area around the City of Riva this Hotel is absolut highly to recommend, you will find a large poll, mountain view, a huge variety of breakfast, super friendly staff, a very nice garden, free parking, bikes to rent and all this for a super fair price. At night time you can in 5 to 10 minutes, go, drive, ride to Riva enjoy night life there or go swimming at daytime and many things more. The Hotel looks a little bit outside on the map but it is worth to stay there at any second and we will definetly want to come again. It was a super perfect stay and we really enjoyed every second thx.

bed service, too costly for that hotel, distant from the lake. the pillow was awful, the mattress even if we asked for a matrimonial bad we had two single beds together. they only only gave me a key and ask a 10€ deposit for the second key.

The hotel lacks character, just like the people that work there. We missed that sparkle. The bed was not nice at all. We think the price for a stay here is way too high.

The hotel is by the route so easily accessible. Room was not too big, but with balcony to the garden and street. It was possible to cloce and put down courtine to be cut off the sound and light from outside. Personel was very helpfull. Mme owner speaks English and German and other people are also able to speak other languages than Italian which is in such country rare phenomenon. There was exxcellent breakfast and before I enjoyed the swimming pool. I apreciate it most.
