The bed deck was stained brown. Also, the dresser was stained with coffee. Really noisy beds. I would also suggest the owners to put some signs in the rooms that say clean my room or do not disturb me, so that the customers can decide what they want because they entered the room and changed the towels without asking if we wanted someone to come in there.

The location was great, only 10 minutes walk to Colosseum. The staff was really helpful and friendly.

Everything was ok.

We arrived late and the guest assisted us remotely. It was very easy and smooth. We also had bottles of water in the room for us. Room was clean and very spacious. We loved it.

Lack of electrical sockets in the second bedroom making it difficult to charge the phone without having to unplug the mini fridge, whilst the bed was quite squeaky with every turn.

Location was very convenient, bus stop right outside the property and a metro stop few minutes by walk away. 3 stops by bus away from the colosseum and close to restaurants and bars. Hostess was very helpful, we had a delay upon arrival, however she kept in touch.

The cleaning servie happened every day at morning (aprox. between 8-11am), so we would have to wake up and give away our towels and receive new ones every morning. For instance it is okeish, but it would be amazing to have the possibility to say „no cleaning service/do not disturb“ when we don’t need to change our towels for new ones. In order to avoid being waken up by someone knocking at the door at 10am every day of our stay. Also as the building is not very well sound isolated, mornings were a bit noisy Nevertheless, I would return as the location and commodities were excellent for the price.

All the facilities were comfortable and we had all we need and more (like a hanger to dry our clothes after wash them). The beds and kitchen supplies were perfect. I recommend the rooms 👍 Also the location was super close from everything

Nothing, it was perfect

Exactly what we needed, a very well priced room that was safe, in a safe area and very comfy. We only visited Rome for 2 days and this was great to sleep in. The bed was comfy, the AC was strong, and you could get the room very dark with the shutters. The host was able to let us in remotely even though we arrived very late and she was very responsive. So glad we booked here. Hopped on a scooter and got right into the city center on an enjoyable ride.

very Close to the main attractions. you can get there by walking 10-15 min or by bus (the bus station is right in front of the building and the metro station is 7 min Away). the staff is very polite and helpful. definitely would recommend!

There was a strange smell in the room, which you don't notice in a minute. My window was to the courtyard and you could never see what's outside. I wish the owners had explained the entrance system in advance - I got a message when I was in the plane so it took some time to notice the instructions. There's no sign about the place on the street.

The location is very good, about 10 min on foot from the Colloseum. The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious. My room was away from the street, so it was quiet. You can make tea or coffee and prepare food in the kitchen.

1. Self-checking is by phone (no text message). This is not convenient if you don't speak English (text possible to translate by Google). 2. Self-checking by phone is also non-convivlninent if you don't have European SIM card (the most peopl just arrived from airport don't have as a rule). 3. I asked to move check out time from 10.00 to 11.00 and the owner minded. Of course rule is rule, but I was disappointed so non-hospitable attitude. Especially because the apartment was empty and 1 extra hour to collect baggage as I hoped wouldn't be a problem.

I love this area and always stay in Lateran. Nice apartments, quiet and clean.

The cleanliness; we felt like it was cleaned before we arrived only superficially. The faucets; a cheap and quick fix, I recommend the owner to change the bathroom faucet, the shower faucet, the toilet seat and also the shower base (I work in home remodeling).

the property was close to the Forum, Rome Termini and the Colosseum. We liked the AC!

It was very loud. You can hear everyone entering and leaving. Especially at night it's annoying, as the doors are very heavy and loud and you can hear people talk in the hallway

Location was great just a short wall to collosseum in am environment which felt save for solo traveling. Different bis stations right next door. Rooms were OK for the price.
