We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicAccommodation itself was really under our expectations. Bathrooms require general reconstruction as well kitchen corner, which we had in our room. The furniture should create the ambience of the historical Maison, which would be totally fair if other furniture would not be mixture of cheap materials and products e.g. plastic curtains. In general, I really did not like the furnishing of the room and did not feel comfortable in at all. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Because of its poor structure the matrass has bended in the middle so you slept in the hole. The breakfast was very poor. One type of cheese, one type of ham, only simple toast bread, some fruit, terribly sweet juices. Nothing seemed local. We would appreciate if the service during the breakfast would speak English and be more warm to customers.
The hotel in general is really nice from outside. It really fulfils the idea of Tuscany maison on countryside. The receptionists were really kind and helpfull.

United States-check in is too late and the check out is pretty early. But they were very kind and allowing us to stay in the pool for a little longer after we did the check out.
-it’s charming decorated -the pool is a plus if you are traveling with kids or you just want to relax -the breakfast was also good -we had dinner and it was absolutely delicious and cheaper than other places nearby

SwitzerlandThe infrastructure was very badly kept. Maintenance was very poor with limescale encrusted shower and missing shelves in the bathroom. The worst part was the smell of sewage that came from the bathroom supposedely beacause it is a very old listed building under heritage protection. The smell was so strong that we had to keep the window open through the night. The building beeing very old and with wood slabs, you can hear your neighbours walking. Definitely rated to high. With some good cleaning and maintenance it could become a wonderful property.
Nice pool and nice setting. Historical and charming building. Free parking.

NetherlandsIt was just overall disappointing. Firstly not enough parking places, so we parked down the street. Then the room itself was big but not super clean. As it was an apartment we got a sponge for cleaning the dished, but this was a dirty and used one. Disgusting. The breakfast was very disappointing, no fresh fruits, not enough pastries (mostly when we came it was already finished) and no things like fresh eggs. For this price I expect a lot more.
The property is beautiful from the outside. It had amazing views and a great garden.

RomaniaNo vegetables at breakfast, the time interval was very strict, until 10.00 am sharp! The personal wasn't friendly at all! Only one employee was responsible for serving and covering coffee machine in the same time. The sewer in the room smelled bad! All the rooms were requested to be checked-out at 10.00 am without any exception or understanding of the specific situation of the clients, although the cleaning service was not interfered.
The location is excellent, a good option to relax in the nature or to visit Siena. The dinner was highly appreciated - food, wines and serving, especially! :)
