Only recommendation is for property description to explain that the entrance to the building does not appear to be a hotel. It is very plain. Even our taxi driver asked if we were at the right location. The driver called and the owner/manager was quickly responsive and unlocked the door and was very welcoming.

-There is no access to cars in this area of the city but the hotel offers a Valet service for 30€ per day, which is very convenient. -No elevator in the building (but we stayed in the first floor so it was fine.) -we stayed in April and we couldn’t switch the air conditioner to cool mode, Only hot.

The location was very good, in the center of siena. Beautiful Big rooms, comfortable bed, huge bathroom, smart TV. The hotel owner was very kind and welcoming.

This is funny….I liked everything about the property. The outside entrance door either its old rugged appearance does not match the beautiful interior. When the taxi (7euro from train) dropped me off-I thought oops. But then it may be that the B&B wants to be stealth and not showy. Lol. Just wanted to take my sandpaper, vanish and sealer to that hundred year old door to make it regal again. Maybe when I come back again for a week.

Location was wonderful as close to the square and a cute little supermarket market. The best B&B stayed in Italy as was overwhelmed at the size of the room and the modern artsy light and artwork. Especially loved the shower and bathroom!!

Actually, everything was just the way it should be! Perfect Location. Unassuming exterior, stark check -in area... but WOW, stay was fabulous.

Proximity to the Piazza. Newly renovated large rooms. Communal area to be able to sit together and play games. Super cheerful/helpful check in lady, I'm sorry to have forgotten her name.

No table and chair in the room if you want to dine I know they have tables in the common area but if you just want to relax and have dinner in the room that’s not available also be prepared to go up and down stairs because there’s no lift the historical Society won’t allow them as of now and no front desk, 24/7 which is something that we prefer

The room was to the street so kinda noisy. You have to factor in 25 to 30 euro for parking. And you cannot park close to the hotel.
