absolutely nothing

read the review which stated 9.7 and I thought really,? as it turned out, i was correct. the hotel was not a 9.7. It was a 10. exceeded every expectation from the rickshaw ride from the train station to the welcome cocktail party on the roof. Not one aspect of a "perfect" stay was overlooked. Special thanks to Marika, Lilly and Serena who prepared and served the most fabulous breakfast. they were all wonderful. The hotel is in a fantastic llocation with fantastic staff.

Absolutely everything was perfect, starting with stunning room view, through excellent breakfasts and amazing terrace aperitivo experience, finishing with great location. The staff of the hotel deserves special recognition, never in Italy we have experienced such a professional, helpful and incredibly polite hotel staff as in San Michele. San Michele's team especially Ms. Margherita, Ms. Marika and Ms. Serena made our stay in Polignano amazing and unforgettable.

If stairs and issue, suite was accessible by a couple of stairs but reception was up long flights. They were able to have us check out without climbing to reception. Coffee machine was on top of a built in that was too high to reach mechanism.

Location perfect for exploring Polignano overlooking Monachile. Breakfast on patio was memorable. Staff fantastic. Helped with tuktuk, restaurants.

We loved everything. Parking is not at the hotel as it is a pedestrianised area but it is within quick walking distance. They sent someone to collect the luggage and to take back to the car when we left. It was really no problem.

Beautiful rooms with small sitting area. Fantastic sea view. Delicious breakfast. Fantastic staff - very helpful and incredibly friendly. Wonderful restaurant suggestions and bookings made by them. We even got 2 fantastic suggestion for Ostuni - the next city we were visiting. The staff went out of their way to keep us happy and to make our stay memorable.

San Michele Suites is absolutele the best place to stay in Polignano a Mare. The View was incomparable. We booked the Suite with Terrace which was the very best balcony over Lamamonachile. But, above all, we appreciated The Staff --- Valentina went out of her way to make everything as easy as possible for us. Parking. Luggage, Dining Reservations, Salon Services --- We did not need to do a thing because she took care of every detail for us. --- We will definitely return.
