A great, modern hotel in style. The room was very clean, everything looked like new. English speaking staff, everybody was very polite and helpful. The breakfast is great. The hotel is located in the city center and is only a few minutes walk from the port and ferry station to Egadi Islands.

everything was top notch. We were worried about parking but it was easy. We were also worried about finding it in the maze of streets but a restaurant we passed told us how to get there. We were quick to learn how to navigate our way back.

Super clean, large room and huge beautiful. bathroom. The MOST comfortable bed & sheets. Super quiet. The whole establishment is exquisitely decorated (beautiful tile and color). Lovely and helpful staff, amazing breakfast. Central location (although no parking but easily found public pay parking for overnight a short walk away). Everything about this hotel is first class.

Just to note there is a charge for using towels outside of the property so bring your own for any boat trips etc!

Poor breakfast, no warm breakfast No coffee machine in the breakfast area No more help from reception, when we arrived just like they did not give us city map or guide about city sightseeing We bout a bottle of water because water from mini bar was not free, they took them and we must use minibar Our flight was early in the morning and they served breakfast from 8:00 A.m, we asked about coffee and crossaint but they gave us just coffee and we lost our 3.th breakfast. When you left hotel you must give room's key to the loby.

This was one of the most expensive rooms during our trip, yet I couldn’t find a reason why this one should be more expensive than the other rooms we had. Some things in the room were broken (power sockets next to the bed, stopper of the drain, rain shower metal) or missing (eg water glasses). The room was quite big, but if it’s just the two of you you don’t need all that space.

Spacious room, central location, very helpful and attentive staff. The bed was great, though the blankets could have been a bit bigger.

Great hotel in Trapani, close to the old town and many restaurants and places of interest. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The view from the window was not so spectacular (wall of the house) but for just one night we didn't mind. The hotel has a relatively expensive valet service for parking (18 EUR for midsize car). We opted for the cheaper alternative and parked our car in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele. We paid about 8 EUR for not quite 24 hours. This meant we had to walk back to the hotel for about 10 minutes, which was ok for us. I recommend travellers to download the app "EasyPark". There are relatively many parking spaces in Sicily in the cities where you can pay with this app (only with internet connection!).

the shower does not drain properly and water flooded a bit to outside the shower. I had to lay down towels. the ac was a bit weak.

A tip not a dislike. Streets tricky with one ways and blocked off with plants. Don’t rely on hire car navigation as out of date. Use google maps on phone then ok.

Hotel is in the city center. Lobby of the hotel is divine. The room is spacious and beautiful, also bathroom is huge.

Everything was amazing. If I could make one recommendation was the breakfast offering. I cant eat pork or lactose and that eliminated almost 80% of the options. One lactose free milk or yoghurt option would be ideal to have.

The hotel is a great location for exploring the historic centre of Trapani and the port. The room was a good size, modern and fresh, with an excellent bathroom. The staff were very helpful. Highly recommended for a good value, central location.

I wasn't able to figure out the room air conditioning - it was freezing (turned to 24°C which was the highest possible temperature) and I couldn't turn it off even though I tried all combination of the buttons, I just couldn't do it. I had to call the reception who turned it off remotely. The air was good through the night but I suppose it would still be nice to have the AC working through the night on some low setting. The shower head is incredibly forceful - honestly I had to laugh because we turned it on just to about 30% of the power and the water pressure hurt. We had to watch out... I suggest to replace it to be honest. Some of the electrical outlets didn't work, but I just switched to another one. Selection of teas is limited to 1 green tea and 1 black tea - suggest to consider a version for people who cannot intake caffeine. Rooibos and/or purely fruit teas would have been nice.

This is a proper hotel set up and managed as it really should be. It's got great furnishing and everything that one needs, comfy beds, an AC, spacious rooms with a very nice bathroom, and a very well filled minifridge. Everything was clean and spotless, I was really impressed by the room and its set up. The halls were also very impressive, nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast was fantastic, great selection of all kinds of food and drinks. The reception is staffed 24/7 and was incredibly nice and helpful, we could leave our luggage in the hotel until we left for the airport and the receptionist ordered us a taxi - she really went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and that makes such a difference.
