Hotel is on the beach. Good for relaxing holiday. Parking was not to hard to find and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I couldn’t use the hairdryer because the plug wasn’t right for the socket. I couldn’t open or close the curtain I had to hold the showerhead in my hand because there was not a shower holder on tge wall

The location was great, my room was facing the sea, the bed and pillows were comfortable.

The luggage storage is in the hallway. You leave your suitcase unattended, without a lock or a door. So outsiders eating at the restaurant or other guests or even random people entering the place (they never checked) could have gone inside. Chiavari is very safe, but it seems it's not a big investment to have an actual storage room if you offer that service. Plus, from what we heard from other guests, the hotel does not have a parking area, so you must pay to park in the streets if you find a spot available.

We booked a room with a sea view! Definitely a must! We loved the location and waking up by the sea. Perfect location if you want to sunbathe! Heads up: Pebble beach. We would love to come back! Ps. We stayed during weekdays, but it's probably very noisy during weekends and the holiday season because of the restaurants nearby.

The hotel itself, but matches the price and my expectations. Breakfast costs like ~ 5 euros, but I won't take it next time. In my opinion, it is very scarce, croissants should be asked for, and there is no choice. I'd rather go to one of the dozens of restaurants nearby

Location. In the season when you are mostly outdoors, and you only need a hotel to spend the night, this hotel is an excellent option for the price, you do not have to overpay for an expensive hotel if you are almost not there. Located on the 1st lane, in the city, next to the promenade along the beach, the sea and the city.

Modest room and amenities, it’s an old building that hasn’t been renovated in a while. I had much better stays in Italy at this price, therefore this seemed to be overpriced. Not very flexible for a late checkout, even though the room was not occupied that day.

The furnitures are getting old and the room was fairly small but it was expected for the price.

Really nice people at the counter and breakfast! Felt welcome! The room with see view was clean. The bed was confortable. I could get all my heavy luggages up with the elevator, that was really nice too. I feel it's the best deal for a one/two nights stay over there.

No free parking nearby, police is always around looking for cars to fine, so make sure you pay your parking if you park on the blue lines.

Room, noise, lack of hooks

The location is very good. The hotel is poorly furnished. No air conditioning which we knew but the fact that you need to have windows open and it is noisy up to 2 o'clock in the morning. Even the noise from corridors as the room has no isolation.

Although it is clean, the hotel would need a complet renovation, plaster is falling off, bathrooms are moldy. For the breakfast do not expect much. You can get coffe, crossiant and foccacia from bar and some yogurt from the store.

The location is great, right by seaside, staff was very friendly.
