First day the floor did not seem clean, but we arrived early - might be the reason why - all other days were perfect.

The Hotel is nicely located directly at the beach promenade of Finale, overlooking the palm/pine trees and the beach. The interior stylish in earthy tones! The concierge was super helpful with recommendations & bookings in the finest restaurants in Finale, excellent service at all times!!

One of the hotel recommended private beach facilities “bagni Garibaldi” is supposedly providing San Pietro Palace guests with some 10% alleged discount that, in reality, compared with the current ongoing competition rates, is at the end of the day more expensive, plus is only accepting cash and bank transfers as form of payment. Not sure why the hotel is recommending it in their pamphlets provided to the guests.

Pretty much everything, the location, the staff, the room, breakfast. The cleaning staff is especially kind and accommodating. Beware parking is brutal especially on some days like Sundays, hence plan in advance.

Excellent position, a five minute walk from the railway station, 50 metres from the town's main square and Duomo, just across the road from the sea. Really appreciated being given a room upgrade, as the hotel wasn't full in the low-season period I was there. Helpfully keep towels at the foot of the staircase/lift, so you can just grab one and then toss the used ones back into a bin when you come back from a swim/a day at the beach. Comfortable beds with a wide selection of pillows, spacious bathroom and shower. Will definitely return

I thought it was a bit weird that there no ironing boards available. If you want to iron something, you need to send it to their laundry service (for a cost, obviously!).

We have been to Finale Ligure a few times, but this was our first time staying here and it was definitely the best. The room was modern, very clean and with a very nice bathroom. The staff was really friendly and the breakfast had plenty of options to choose from. Really can't fault it!

You can only book a beach facing room if you book directly through the hotel though did not find this out until AFTER we had completed our stay. I would not recommend booking this hotel through booking.com as we were given a room overlooking stored maintenance equipment and and a brick wall. Expect noise given location.

Location was excellent - directly across from the beach. Staff were fantastic, they assisted us in arranging reservations at the best beach as well as restaurants.

They messaged me to know the size of my car for the parking lot. At this point, I thought the parking lot service was included in the price of the stay (+/- €200 per night). It wasn't and they didn't notify me about the surcharge. At the checkout, they charged 18 euros for the parking lot service. It's ok, but I wished they told me in the chat before arrival. Also, the parking lot is far from the hotel and I had to take a ride on a two-seat van with the staff. The guy who was driving had to show another client a different parking space and he took me around the town. The reception and lounge area is a bit messy (there are messy objects lying around: fliers, papers, children's toys). Breakfast is ok. Nothing exceptional.

The staff is all in all professional and nice to the guests. The room was comfy. The hotel is in the city center and in front of the seaside.

we had a room on thé réât pf thé building and in the morning at 6am it started being very noisy due to the garbage collection ecc. sleeping is for me very important at the moment and I was disappointed to not be able to sleep a bit more since we arrived late at night with a. small child
