Loved everything

We were coming from Hotel Naples that our tour put us in. It was terrible so I immediately booked at Sanfelice and we walked there. It was amazing. I had several questions and communicating was easy and quick with all questions answered. Highly recommend.

Located close to everything. We were able to walk easily to sites, restaurants, and shopping. Very easy self checkin. The staff was wonderful in communicating and helping us order a taxi for our 4am flight. My only complaint was the internet wasn’t working.

Amazing hotel. Incredible localization. The hotel is located in a important street, doesn´t has desk office and it wasn´t a problem because everything was solved by wath´s app. a lot of amenities free, including a bottle of proseco. clear, modern, quiet, dark at night like has to be. The level of detail in this place is outstanding. Complementary bottle of prosseco in the fridge, netflix on the nice big tv, included teas and coffee in the room, great quality of towels and all the "free bathroom" stuff. All these details really make a difference... The self check-in is super easy and the communication from the people managing was just amazing. One of the best and easiest stays I've ever had.

Three steps to get in: outside door, elevator, office and room - all with key code.

Clean, large room. Had problem with shower and it was quickly taken care of by Stefano within 10 minutes.

The shower was quite uncomfortable to use, the overhead shower was powerful but covered the entirety of the small cubicle, so it was hard to fit inside comfortably. After a long and hot day of travel this could have been a better experience for us.

The service from the staff was exceptional. Really helpful via WhatsApp before and during our stay. We were helped with a taxi booking the next morning which was incredibly straightforward. The check-in information was extensive and easy to follow. There is always a bit of a worry when there is no physical person there when checking in, but this was as smooth as could be. The location was fantastic, walking distance to most attractions, and the property itself felt safe and secure. You could tell that the apartments themselves are looked after well everyday, even if there is no person on site constantly. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was really good.

The frame of the bed seemed a bit old and cracked a lot, but other than that, this is perfect place to stay in Naples!

It is very well located, close to all major attractions. Getting in was really easy and we had everything we needed. The mattress was super comfortable!

All was great

Great location, we did a lot of sightseeing + some trips which had a pick up point couple of minutes from Sanfelice. A/c’d room was a great relief after time in the sun. Really room with good size bathroom. Great a/c, minifridge, tv. Stefano was amazing, always supportive and very fast responding.

The only downside is the traffic noise at night .

Beautiful apartment so well thought out, simple and stylish. Room was spacious . The bathroom was also roomy with lovely L’Occitaine toiletries. Small bottle of Prosecco in the fridge another nice touch .

Nothing that we didn’t like, these are just some things to note but it wouldn’t prevent us from staying here again and I would still recommend: Very busy road outside, there will be some noise all day and night. Old building so walls/ceilings are thin, sound travels. Compact shower cubicle. No courtesy facilities after check out, having a toilet and somewhere to shower would be hugely beneficial.

Stefano was an excellent host (all comms over WhatsApp) the suites are very modern, good security, easy check in/out process. You can leave luggage to collect later and Stefano will help you arrange transport if needed (taxi to airport €22.50). The cleaning lady was also very friendly and made the bed and provided fresh towels. Location is right in the middle of the city, we walked from the port (10mins), there is also a metro station a few mins walk, a supermarket for supplies and lots of restaurants nearby. The wifi connection is also very good and there’s Netflix on the tv in the room.
