The shower cabin is quite small. The blanket looks clean but we found remnant of hair on it. Otherwise everything is perfect.

Everything is great. Good location, view of the Arno! Big apartment, comfortable. Parking space is convenient.

Facilities were good. The apartment had all the dishes, cutlery etc that we required and there was a laundry on site. The lighting could have been more cheerful, and some comfortable chairs in a sitting area would have made our stay even more pleasant.

The property was very well located, next to the river and just away from the bustle of the old town. Shops, restaurants, museums and attractions were all within easy walking distance. We were met by friendly and helpful staff., who also arranged a taxi for us on departure. We had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend the St Niccolo to anyone wanting a stay in this vibrant city.

Could be cleaned better. In the rooms there were somo dust balls and dead mosquitos on the wall.

I know that for some travellers the room would be too smallish, but who stays in the room in Florence anyway.

Great location very close to city center, we had the ground small appartment with direct access to our car, it was realyy confortable to move in and out.

While the furnishings appears quite dated at first and the shower extremely small, I soon adapted very nicely to my stay there and was pleased to remain for over a week, finding it to be an excellent place to be.

The hotel is located just outside the center but within very easy walking distance of the center as well as many restaurants, a market, and a supermarket found around Piazza Sant'Ambrogio and Piazza Cesare Beccaria. The area is very safe and the apartment setup of the hotel is very nice. My room had a private bathroom, bedroom, and sitting room with a table and four chairs as well as a stovetop, refrigerator, and very basic cooking / eating / drinking utensils.

The downsize of the studio we stayed in was that the heating in the sleeping room did not work, it only blew cold air, which we discovered in the middle of the night. Also there was a persistent sewerage smell in the apartment. I also did not like that it was not as pictured in the reservation, it was probably an old annex or garage repurposed, right next to the parking lot, which felt a bit insecure - although the gate and the door were safely secured with locks and keys - I would have liked to know where I'm staying when I booked.

Really nice owners that share all the necessary information and make check-in very easy. The parking lot is a life saver for really good value for the money, I think it's the main benefit of this location on the outskirts of the ZTL, such a rare find!! The owners were very nice in letting us park the car throughout the next day, while we visited Florence. We had a big size studio apartment, right next to the parking lot.

It was a little bit difficult to find the kitchen appliances in the beginning, but we found them inside the cupboards in the living room.

Good communication with staff prior to arrival, very helpful with the parking and check in process very smooth.

Perfectly charming retro place with a terrific terrace ( the addition of a table and chairs would make it perfect) - beds were comfy - although lacking a duvet there were blankets.

Location was very bad, no shops or restaurants nearby. I had to walk many kilometers just to buy water. Beds were not comfy. AC was not cool, too much sound from the road, reception almost always closed, no proper communication about parking. Shower does not fit one full person, its that small. Facilities are not well lit up or anything. All is all very uncomfortable stay!

Nice location, close enough to get to everything walking... the staff was really nice, gave as some advice on food and gave us the key to have access to the laundy room... which was great..!! The apartment was super clean... and the facilities were confortable..

Very cold at night we were cold, the carpets are old. The residence needs a renovation inside. The pillows were so big that we could not sleep well.
