This place is a true gem. Nested in an old monastry the owners build a very nice environment. We loved all details and the fact that they kept this place to its origins with some modern touches. We definitely will come back again!

The host was extremely generous, bringing us fresh olive oil, and helping us navigate Montepulciano. The property was extraordinary; we were treated to an upgraded suite, which was beautifully appointed. Use of kitchen a bonus, the bed was very comfortable and the outdoor eating area was lovely.

We loved every aspect of Sant Antonio. Perfect location, magical surroundings. Nico and his wife were amazing hosts and helped us with restaurant recommendations and reservations as well as directions to grocery store and other hill top towns.

Nico and Elena provided a map of the city with all of their personal recommendations for food, shops and markets. All of their recommendations were excellent and they were happy to arrange reservations for us. They even gifted us a bottle of Prosecco when we told them we had just gotten engaged. Beautiful property, only about a 5 min drive to Montepulciano. The villa was very peaceful and was super comfortable with the windows open. We can’t wait to come back and visit again.

It was clean, charming and very comfortable. The bed was luxurious . The location amazing. The hosts Nico and Elena were so helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble for them. It was a fantastic find.

Felt like home. Place was fully booked but never felt busy or loud. Nico's path around their property was a wonderful walk before sunset. Great hosts. I actually think the place is better than the photos on Booking.com

We stayed at Sant' Antonio in 2010 on our first trip. Loved it then and loved it even more in 2023. Peaceful, quiet, and private resort in the countryside -- yet just a few minutes from Montepulciano. Nico and Elena are perfect hosts with helpful suggestions and recommendations regarding restaurants, attractions, and towns to visit. We hope to return again.

We loved our stay in Sant’ Antonio, which is a remarkable place. A former monastery, now converted into a country resort, located a five minutes’ drive from the historic town Montepulciano. A spacious, well-equipped and personalized apartment, established with respect for the historical buildings, a beautiful park with views of the typical Tuscan landscape all way round. You are in the countryside with olive groves, vine yards, dear and wild boar nearby. Our hosts strive to give every guest a private outdoor space, but also have areas of mutual use such as a terrace with a view, grill- and eating space and a swimmingpool. A perfect stay, a remarkable town and last but not least, some very friendly and service minded owners, Nico and Elena.

Amaizing place located near to the Montepulciano Great hosts- Nico was really helpful and kind. Our apartament was very clean and comfortable and in the kitchen we found there all that we needed. We enjoyed wine at patio. We would love to visit this place again, this time for longer. i

Wonderful secret escape close to a beautiful Montepulciano also recommended for families with children. A big Thank you to our very helpful and friendly hosts Elena and Nico, who made our stay to very exceptional. Elena gave us the best restaurant recommendations in Montepulciano we ever experienced. The resort is best groomed and located middle of olive grove where you have a beautiful walking path over 3,6km and amazing view to typical Tuscany landscape. We stayed here one week, in the guesthouse Ginestra which has a nice and stylish living room with integrated kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and we did not miss anything there. What I really liked was the water box with sparkling and natural water - you do not need to buy this in supermarket. We had two bedrooms, bed and bedding just to dream of. Enough towels for bath and even pool. There is a fantastic pool in garden. Grill and stylish garden furnitures are also available for every house separate. We enjoyed the resort very much and would recommend anytime.

Beautiful property, very close to Montepulciano. There was a lovely pool that we used often at day’s end and a walking track around the entire property which provided panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Engaging and informative hosts, Nico and Elena - thank you!!

So happy we had the opportunity to stay a week here! Nico and Elena are spectacular hosts! the apartment was beautifully and individually decorated. The views from the room were stunning. We spent most nights on the patio enjoying a glass of wine. we shopped in Montelpuciano and cooked in the fully appointed kitchen. We did day trips to numerous hill towns including some they recommended on a detailed map. They created a 3.5 k hike around the property that we enjoyed. The best part was the silence. All there was to hear were many birds and the Tuscan breeze. Would love to go again.

The property is simply extraordinary, all the tranquility you need and yet close to Montepulciano. In addition, Nico and Elena are just lovely people and their hospitality is just incredible. No question is too much for them and they ensure that you can enjoy your holiday without any worries. We made the mistake to book only 3 nights and ended up extending our stay for 8 more nights!
