It was perfect.

The location is fantastic for seeing Florence and surrounds. Very central and lively. We had an amazing view from our balcony, you could sit there all night and watch the world go by. Our room was huge, so much space and everything you would need was available. Our host was available, informative and very nice. I would definitely recommend and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Perfect!!!

There is nothing to not like.

Excellent room in a wonderful old building right on the square of Santa Croce. Cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. The beautiful city of Florence is right on your doorstep. Have a walk to the viewing points above the city. Amazing views.

The room was spacious, comfortable, elegant and beautiful. We enjoyed the room amenities (coffee, tea, fridge, nice tv). The host was helpful and gracious. The breakfast croissants were delicious, and if we were not in the mood for croissants, we could get sandwiches. We had a great stay!

This family owned business is a must for anyone wanting to experience a fantastic stay in Florence. Leonardo was absolutely excellent, outstanding customer service and the room exceeded all expectations- the pictures don’t do the place justice! Great location and loads of amazing restaurants nearby for breakfasts, lunches and dinners.

Perfect location - right in the centre of Florence. The room was stunning - lovely old building yet well soundproofed and with a great view of the square. Leonardo was a perfect host - making arrangements by what’s app before the trip and very helpful during our stay.

Leonardo was very welcoming and helpful with recommendations on what to see and where to eat. The rooms are spacious, well designed and spotless. The bed is comfortable, shower is excellent. Location is awesome as it's an easy walk to everywhere. If you're happy to eat like a local, the simple breakfast is at a popular cafe next door. We had a room with a view over the piazza and even though there was a band playing music on the stairs of Santa Croce, we didn't hear a thing. Highly recommend this place.

Nothing, I wish we stayed longer (than 3 nights). The hotel, the staff and the entire city left us the best impression in Italy (including Rome, Milan, Venice, Bologna and La Spezia).

Everything was extremely great! Location, cleanness, hospitality, breakfast, ... Each breakfast ticket include a sandwich or two stuffed croissants, plus a coffee and a freshly squeezed orange juice. Everyday we enjoy this delicious breakfast right in front of the hotel/cafe on the square in front of the beautiful Saint Cross Church. This is the real Florence we wanted.

This was the best stay of our entire trip! To begin Leonardo is incredibly kind, and provided us with everything we needed to know for our stay in Florence! The room we stayed in was breathtaking, pictures truly did not do it Justice. The room was massive, and had a great view from the terrace. This was a great location walkable to every destination in Florence.

Excellent accommodation. Santa Croce 14 exceeded my expectations. We had room #7, a room facing the interior courtyard, which was VERY quiet. A quiet room is astonishing because Santa Croce 14 is very centrally located within walking distance of all the sights and Firenze is not a quiet city. Our room was large, beautiful, sparkling clean with a very modern bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the WIFI strong and stable. We would gladly choose Santa Croce 14 when we return to Firenze.

Be aware that there is no elevator.

Wonderful team. We had some issues with the airline and Leonardo was helping us with late checkout and taxi requests. The location is amazing and walkable to the main points. Breakfast comes with a ticket and is right next to the B&B. It's a great way to pick and choose what you want and have it fresh. Grazie!

Room and location was brilliant. Leonardo and staff were tremendous and were very accomodating throughout the entirety of our trip. Have been travelling around Europe for 7 weeks and Santa Croce B&B is without a doubt the best place we stayed. For those wondering...there is no noise from outside areas as well.

One of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in. Beautiful apartment, great location right on one of the main squares (yet quiet - we had a view of a beautiful garden) and very nice host. I highly recommend it and when we return to Florence again, we will definitely come here again.

The property is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and creatively painted. Perfect for a relaxing break away, with restaurants and sites nearby, some even on your doorstep. Love the location and facility, roomy and quiet but one step away from spot! The host is very helpful and recommended farmer market which we enjoyed so much for lunches. It serves local food and met local people. Had a lot of fun!
