It would have been better if I was mailed about gate and door codes beforehand. We should have been told about breakfast in the restaurant. We got impression that breakfast will be served in rooms. Also it was mentioned in the description of the property that it is on third floor but it was actually on fourth floor

There are 8 flights of stairs and no lift which I know isn't the owners fault as I was warned beforehand! Very tiring though after walking around Pompeii all day! Breakfast is at a coffee shop at the end of the piazza and has to be consumed in the room so I didn't use it. I just couldn't walk down and back up all the stairs just to eat and then back down again to leave for a day out. Couldn't find the WiFi log in and didn't see the owner the whole time however, I was able to text them with any questions. Pretty loud area with the neighbours and passersby, again, not the owners fault! Just take earplugs!

Very central location and easy to get around. Comfy and clean. Nice little part of the city. The surrounding bars and restaurants are very accommodating and really nice.

Breakfast is not good, you can take just one croissant and one coffee. I stayed 3 days and they didn't clean the floor and didn't change the towels. About the stairs, I think they should warn you in the ad, it's 4 floors to climb stairs, and it's a lot. For me it was not a big problem, but I think for an older tourist after walking all day in the city or going to the volcano and having to climb all these stairs, it can be difficult and tiring.

To be honest I didn't imagine would be a `airbnb` style room, I thought would be like a hotel. Even tho the room was pretty comfortable, spacious and with a good air conditioner. So in general was good.

The climb up to the 4th floor is difficult. The room assignment is also a bit confusing. I had booked the double room but got a single room with a king size bed. I was told that the double room is for 3 guests not two.

The Central location of the facility, as well as the balcony. Rooms are comfortable and organized. Staff are not present but very helpful and communicative. Clear instructions provided for self check in ans check out
