This villa was absolutely amazing - beautifully renovated/rebuilt to a very high standard. Stephane was a wonderful host and the breakfast was fabulous, with fresh croissants from the bakery every morning.

Beautiful villa in a beautiful and quiet surrounding, super close to the town center, yet very peaceful. The room was perfectly furnished with a lovely balcony with a view to the garden. Overall the facilities were much nicer than on photos. Stephane, the owner and the host, was super helpful and welcoming. The best of all was an amazing breakfast prepared by the host himself. Overall highly recommend!

The accommodation was outstanding. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was great. The location was excellent just a few minutes from the city center. We had a great time and the hosts were lovely. Definitely a place worth returning to.

Nothing, everything was incredible.

Sant Agata is a beautiful home run by the incredible Stéphane and his wife Michaela. As it is also their home it has been decorated and maintained perfectly. The location is the best for anyone looking for a quiet haven to escape the busy city centre but is only a short walk (less than 10 mins) from the old town and lake. Stéphane was so attentive, from offering a delicious breakfast every morning of pastries, eggs, cold meats and more, to recommending restaurants for dinner (I would also add to his suggestions Rivoli Bistro!) and even helping to secure a transfer for my mum and I to Villa Carlotta with a friend of his when he couldn’t reach a taxi. He took all the stress of planning our daily activities away, checking opening times of restaurants, making reservations and going above and beyond his role as owner of the property. Thank you!

You need to walk a little about ten min to the old town but that also gives you the parking at this accommodation and being slightly away from the noise.

Stephane and Mikaela are very helpful and kind hosts. They helped to hold my luggage for two nights while we stayed at a mid lake accommodation. Their place is very clean and newly renovated. The design is of good taste and thoughtful. Breakfast is fabulous! I especially liked the orange croissant.

I loved the property 

Beautiful home and environs. Safe protected parking for my car. Location was quiet and easy to access from our drive from Bergamo. Our host, Stephan, spent quality time with us upon our arrival acclimating us to Como and helping us figure out how we could spend the 24 hours we were planning on staying to meet our needs. That made all the difference! Logistics in getting to the ferry, purchasing tickets and which ferry stop would work within our time frame was so helpful. Breakfast was delicious! Pride in his work and home was reflected in Stephan’s hospitality.
