Best decision to book here - it was a splurge to book here but as soon as we arrived we wished we booked a longer stay. We felt so relaxed and pampered for every moment of our stay, the team at Santre attended to our every comfort. The rooms were spacious, clean and new, with a comfy sun bed and balcony to relax on. The views of the mountains and rolling hills were stunning - the hotel is built against the cliff side so every room has amazing views. The pool and spa facilities are absolutely spectacular and available to use at our leisure. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious - we were stuffed and loved the selection and combination of ala carte and buffet style. We joined in on some of the organised activities such as a trail run, hike, massage and aufgass and enjoyed ourselves immensely. There is so much on offer and to keep you relaxed and entertained through the day. It’s actually such great value for money for the level of luxury and inclusions you experience.

Great location with stunning panoramic views on the mountains. Near to Brixen and Plose cable car (entrance included in guest card that received on check-in) The interior design of the suite is very impressive. Hotel owners and the staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. SPA facilities, SPA treatments, infinity pool and gym are absolutely superb. On the bar you can order a variety of liquor and cocktails. The dinner service on very high level, truly exceptional.

There is only one word that can describe the hotel - wooow! Location, facilities, food, staff.. I don't remember the last time I had such a nice stay. The hotel is very chic and elegant. Food is one time, gosh the dinner deserves a Michelin star, I felt the umami there. You have to go and experience it yourself, you won't regret, I can promise you. Wellness area was amazing, too. The infinity pool, the jacuzzi, the sauna.. all with a view towards the mountains. Respect to the Goller Family for creating such a jewel and for taking an active part in running the hotel. My birthday happened to be during my stay in the hotel and the whole staff made sure it is a birthday I will never forget. Looking forward to my next visit.

There is genuinely nothing we didn't like. Exceptional isn't a word I take lightly - Santre is the real deal.

Exceptional from the first moment until the last. The hotel takes your breath away upon arrival - a simply stunning space built with care into the natural environment. Staff are fantastic, on hand whenever you need help or assistance, always warm and welcoming. The quality of food is truly exceptional - 5 courses can be ordered from any of 3 menus each night, 2 of which change daily. The hotel even organises activities for guests, with Alexander the most accomplished guide we've ever met. The Goller Family have gifted the world an incredibly special destination - you won't regret holidaying at Santre.

the pool area inside to rest is a little bit small for all the people that were in at that time. We had to go in the quite area (which we liked less) because everything was occupied (even if the people were not physically there). the dinner was good but could have been better. But the hotel offers a really excellent value for money.

I have never had so much choice for the breakfast and everything was fresh and excellent. The room was huge and beautiful, the beds were very comfortable. The bar area is beautiful too. Everything was really of high standard and the staff was incredibly nice.

It was truly amazing, beyond words. I wish i could find words to describe how awesome this was. I travel to all high-end luxury hotels across the globe but this one is definitely one of my favorites. I can’t wait to come back. THANKYOU. ❤️

The service needs to be much improved and the hotel can easily turn into a 5 star. Our tower rack wasn't working which we flagged to reception, we were given some instructions how to turn it on and no success, only from the second time they sent someone to fix it (was done outside of our room and it started working in 3 mins). Why it couldn't be done right away? The restaurant charges you for every bottle of water (4 EUR), while the room always has it and they also mentioned that tap water is the cleanest and you can drink it with confidence. No problem, but nobody mentioned this charge to us. When I asked about a personal request on reception, I was told by reception "go try ask (name), maybe they can help you", nobody tried to go an extra mile to accommodate a customer request, it was evening and not busy at all...

The hotel location is great, short ride up from Brixen and very close to Plose mountain. The hotel provides a shuttle car every 30 mins to the cable car, which is very convenient (takes 3 minutes). The hotel is new and modern, very good spa and great activities every day (in the spa, in the gym and outside too). The food was great, every dinner you get a 5 course dinner.

Not all members of staff were friendly or helpful. Unfortunately some of the Bar staff lacked & so did the front house at the SPA . Unfortunately the lack of better hair products ( Balsam !!) & accessories / universal adapters was a let down . One night stay it’s fine , I liked the organic soaps, however 3 nights during the Christmas festivities , long hair ,after full days spent at the SPA & chlorine pools . Presidential Suite is stunning although master bedroom a bit small & snugged bed area . lacked some extra touches & details for a full luxurious experience .

Nowhere to do yoga if you didn’t do a class. Hand weights in fitness room started at 4kg which is quite heavy for a lot of women.

Room was very comfortable - day bed, armchairs and balcony provided several options for relaxing. and reading. Really appreciated the walk-in wardrobe for keeping all of our belongings out of sight. Pool was beautiful, staff were very professional. Appreciated good vegan options at breakfast and dinner. Easy to exercise the dog

The road to the hotel is a bit narrow on the mountain and risky so you need to drive slow especially in the winter weather

I loved everything about the hotel, honestly its one of the best hotel and in my opinion it deserves the 5 star hotel not the 4 star at all - Hotel owners are very friendly, cheerful, hospitable, held and welcoming - View of the hotel & rooms are so beautiful which makes it peaceful and relaxing - Attention to details in everything - Ski area is near the hotel - Food quality were just wow with their chefs which makes it such a fine dining and they are so flexible with the food options in case someone did not like what’s in the menu especially for the Muslims make sure to inform them that your food should not contains alcohol or pork and they will change the dish for you with no hesitation - Activities in hotels such as board games, swimming, hiking, sauna, cycling and more
