Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We were guests off season but found the sandy beaches and warm water, the boardwalk, pier - a wonderful location right on the sea. The comfortable room had great light, buffet breakfast was delicious and fresh.

United KingdomThe shower was a little tricky to use and flooded but this was quickly cleaned up and the Hotel Manager discounted our stay which I thought was very decent.
Location is superb, close enough to the centre but far enough to feel uncrowded. Private beach is lovely and the Beach Manager is so helpful and friendly. Lovely fluffy towels. Breakfast was continental with lots of choices and eggs cooked to order.

United KingdomFrom the moment we arrived we were greeted with warm smiles and charming staff.It felt a lot more than a three star hotel.Great location in the centre of the best part of Alassio and an easy walk to everything .We had room 452 a top floor sea view, well worth paying a little extra for.If you hire a car it is worth using the hotel parking which is about the same cost as on street parking ,which is almost impossible to find.Good variety of continental breakfast.Be prepared for 54 euros a day front line beach hire of parasol and 2 loungers! Really couldn't fault the place at all.
