Is there a rating above 10? From the moment we entered this hotel, the Staff was ultra professional and extremely kind and thoughtful. We actually had booked their apartment off the hotel property. They arranged for a porter to take our many bags to the apartment. Gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and tours and a bag of delicious cookies. We had been on a 14 day cruise and had a huge bag of laundry. The washer in the apartment was broken so the hotel did all that laundry, delivered it to the apartment at no charge!! We had a wonderful couple of days out, got back late afternoon to a message that we were supposed to have checked out! I had only booked the apartment for 2 nights! I called the front desk who seemed more concerned that they could not reach us and that something bad had happened!!! How thoughtful and kind is that!!?? The hotel extended our stay another night PLUS arranged for the porter to pick up our luggage and transportation to the train station!! All the time reassuring me that everything was fine. Amazing, outstanding, fantastic exceptional customer service!!

The location was super convenient! The apartment was super spacious for the 3 of us. Facilities were great. Checking in was super easy as well. The major attractions were within walking distance.

The only downside was the fact that you need to colect the keys from a different location (still close by, like 10-15minutes walking), but with luggages and a 4year child, it feels longer :)

Dead mosquitos on the walls. You have to dispose the garbage otherwise you need to pay 50 euros. This was really weard. Hot water was a problem, the pressure was too low.

Having to pick up the keys at the hotel and then go to the apartment. We knew we would have to do this in advance, so it wasn’t a surprise. It was just a bit inconvenient.

We enjoyed the ride on the water bus to where we picked up our keys which allowed us to take in lots of views of the city.

The following not things that we didn't like, they are just suggestions...We still give the place a 10! The kitchen could be better equiped with more utensils for those that like having meals "at home". For example: coffee/tea mugs, larger juice glasses, one or two larger cooking pots, larger knives for cutting meat, vegetable and bread...a microwave oven would be nice. Maybe the cleaning/preparation of the apartment could have been finished earlier, so we could get into the apt. right after 3PM, instead of 4:30. But friendliness and tidiness made up for this with no problem.

The friendliness of the receptioninsts was tops! It was obvious they were expecting us and immediately found our booking. The room was still being cleaned, but we were able to leave the bags at the reception of the hotel to be able to walk around without having to drag them. When we came back, one of the receptionists, Matteo (very nice person), walked us to the apartment.

We did not like NOT having a person to walk us to the apartment. It was difficult to find on your own as there were many alleyways. Suggestions for the apartment: sharp knife for cutting vegetables, fruit and meat, a bread knife, a full size ironing board, broom and dust pan in the apartment, garbage bags,

The location was perfect for our intended trip. The apartment was clean and comfortable with plenty of beds. The decore was beautiful. Hans at the front desk of Savoie and Jolanda Hotel was extremely helpful and gracious.

It would be nice to know in advance that you have to throw trash and clean the kitchen before leaving, otherwise you have to pay a 50 euro fine. Its not a big issue, but guests should be informed while making the reservation

The sofa in the main roon was broken .As you can see in the photo it is ruined .So it shouldn t be made as the bed for the firth member of my family because you could not sleep well . There should be one more big casserole in order to save time and a espresso mashine. It is the first time that I have to clean the cuisine and my garbage otherwise I would have been charged 50 more euros .Why? The cleaning of the apartment is inside the total price. Why Venice has such a behavior to its guests?

Very nice big hot apartment , 10 minutes walk to saint Mark Square .The cuisine was almost fully equipped with all necessary , with one big table and a big tv .Nice beds in the two rooms for 4 people. Hot water in the bath and nice and clean towels. The big inner courtyard was very convenient too.

This apartment is up six flights of stairs. No elevator. It is very difficult to get to and if you are older or have any health problems, it should be out of the question.

You have to walk 2 kilometres to take the key from a different location and walk again 2 more kilometres to go to the apartment so it’s very stupid this policy. Another bad thing was the pillows that were very bad for sleeping

It was in a very nice location not far from the main spots, but in a very quite areas. The apartment is very big.
