Nothing it was perfect

Absolutely fabulous property. Beautifully decorated. Host was fabulous meeting us and taking us to property and a bottle of wine chilled for our arrival. Would highly recommend.

Amazing place, with hot tub and very stylish! Indeed, the hot tub is the cherry on the cake, but entire place is very well nice and cozy. The terrace is also nice, you can see the city and the surroundings. You have equipped fridge, breakfast, coffee Nespresso machine, bathrobes, slippers, etc. The bathroom is also great, lighted in different colors. I recommend it for a stay in Matera, I would definitely chose it for next time!

It was difficult to move our luggage from the parking area to the accommodations (about 1 km I think and up and down the incline) but it was worth the effort, even at our ages (67 and 70). It would have been easier if we had known how secure the parking area was (attended through the day and enclosed and locked at night) and had left some of our luggage there..

Very nice accommodations, clean and modern with hot tub and wonderful balcony with great view of Matera (the same view, photos attached, as some lookouts and restaurants/bars know for their observation points). The hot tub was perfect after a day of climbing up and down through the Sassi. Parking was very secure although a distance from the property.

The hot tub and shower were fabulous! The accommodations had everything you would ever need. The location was absolutely perfect and the host provided excellent information. One of the best places I have ever stayed.

As it was our first time in Matera we weren’t aware of how many staircases there are! The car park they suggested was a 7 minute walk away for 25€/day. There were so many staircases which made lifting suitcases quite difficult. There’s definitely closer parking garages with easier access to the hotel.

wonderful room with a beautiful view of Matera. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff was super friendly and helpful, we could reach them at all times. They even sent some suggestions on what to see, an app that shows you what films were filmed in specific locations of Matera and more!

Everything was PERFECT!

I LOVED IT! Honestly, in the pictures it looked amazing but in reality it was even more! From the perfect jacuzzi, comfortable beds, excellent location, friendly owner, I cannot complain about anything! I loved it and I would go there again anytime!

That we couldn't stay longer ....

We stayed 2 nights with my husband to celebrate our anniversary. They set up the room as we requested and it looked wonderful , super clean,spacious. The hostess is super friendly, welcoming, helpful and attentive . They have the easiest check in/ check out system. The room has a coffee machine, mini bar with free drinks and a breakfast basquet with jam,Nutella and pastries.The location is perfect! I highly recommend it for couples.

Air conditioning wasn’t able to create comfortable temperature. Only one house card so when eaft apartment electric went off and therefore air con didn’t work when out so came back to very hot room.

Beautiful well equipped apartment with a balcony and great view. Staff had a lovely welcome for why wife after I had informed them it was going to be her birthday. Very thoughtful.

There isn’t anything we didn’t like but can advise travelers to only take hand luggage as it is located in a pedestrian area and all with cobblestones and steps.

The room is beautiful and exceptionally clean. It is very quiet. Close to restaurants and shops.

I liked everything - great place!

One of the best accommodation we have ever been. It's super modern with a taste of a place it's located so in the center of Sassi. Jacuzzi is super great - two person could sit there together and relax. Owners of this place are really nice and helpful so you could feel here very comfortable. Location also is great. Highly recommended and again one word - JACUZZI!

The shower drain was blocked and the water leaked out from the seal on the shower door on to the ground outside the shower

the check-in process could have been smoother. we had to park our car 15 minutes away which was fine but the driver dropped us off with little instruction on how to navigate the back alleys to the hotel. we should have been greeted on the road and escorted to the door. it was very, very hot and challenging given we had to carry suitcases up several flights not knowing which direction to take. once we arrived we were told our credit card did not go through. booking.com should have informed us rather than us having to sort out credit card issues tired and dripping in sweat. because of the heat, the bedroom loft upstairs was very hot at night despite aircon. we asked for and received a fan the second night.

very nice accommodations. loved the location and terrace with the views. very clean and modern interior in a historic spot.
