The flat has every amenity you could want for a stay in La Spezia. It is also ideally located 10 mins from the train station one way, 10 mins to the port the other and with buses to Porto Venere & Lerici right outside. There are also some great restaurants within a short walk and Fosco is a mine of information on La Spezia and surrounding areas.

We loved everything!

We booked this on behalf of our guests named Paul & Cheralyn and it was a surprise trip for them. I am Babita, a Trip Coordinator at a travel company, and I ended up communicating with this excellent host, Fosco, during this whole time from booking to paying to help make our guests feel wonderful about their stay. Fosco is such an excellent host and always responsive, even during odd hours. We infact made double payment by mistake and on informing him about this, he did not waste any time in refunding back the excess amount. He has been always very positive and approachable whenever I messaged him with any questions. He took such great care of our guests who were experiencing a mystery trip. THANK YOU FOSCO :) The property is premium level and has everything one needs. The most important factor is its incredible host. I really hope that this property reaches heights with positive reviews only because it deserves it. We will infact keep sending our explorers whenever we can. Property itself was better than expected, very well located (just 10 min walk from the main train station La Spezia Centrale) room was spacious and bathroom really clean. WiFi working perfectly

The apartment was perfect for the two of us and our short stay. Location is excellent as was the communication with Fosco. Great bed, fairly well equipped with a nice little deck out to the street. Although positioned on an active street the apartment has the ability to be very quiet.

The place is amazingly decorated and it feels like home. The location is very central and close to all Cinque Terres access via train and boat. Fosco was absolutely amazing to welcome us with many information regarding places to visit during our 2 days. This saved us a lot of time. We’ll definitively recommend Sea&Culture to our family and friends and we’ll come back.

Fosco was a spetacular host, giving us great tips to enjoy our stay in La Spezia. Location is good - 10-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station (from which trains to the Cinque Terre depart). Also, great restaurants are within walking distance.

The location was great. Easy access to cinque terre and many more. La Spezia was more than we expected, and we enjoyed. Fosco, our host, unfortunately we didn't meet but was very helpful with information of activities, places to visit and suggested a couple of places to try for breakfast and dinner. I loved to stay here! The decoration is beautiful, the place is very clean and Fosco is an amazing host! He gave me great tips of places to visit and he was always willing to help me with all my doubts as it was my first time in La Spezia! Plus: he also speaks Spanish!! The place is lovely! As a female solo traveler I felt very safe and next time I’ll book with them again for sure!
