We liked the house very much. We happened to get the one decorated in 'marine' fashion, and kids really liked it. Oliveri is calm little town , very close to beautiful Tindari. Kudos to hosts - not every host is so attentive to details, and well communicating - way to go!!!!

This would be a delightful place for a few days at the seaside. It was lovely to be there off season (Easter) and experience the quiet of the village. The hosts were so far beyond helpful. I will absolutely recommend this place. (It also has a comical decoration ...very Hugh Hefner "hubba hubba" look...but really, the nicest hosts we have ever encountered .

We were traveling through Italy for almost two months and I can say that staying at Fabio's place was one of the most pleasant surprises we experienced on this trip. Everything was impeccable, the apartment at an extremely high level, but above all, Fabio himself was a special surprise. He is a genuine, authentic, and warm person who radiates warmth. He was an exceptional host. We will remember the place, Oliveri, because of him. The following definitely applies to him: doing what you like is freedom, liking what you do is happiness.

I liked everything, but if I were to enhance only one thing, it would be the addition of a full-length mirror. But that’s only because of my shoe craziness.

We came to walk the town of my partner’s grandparents, and stayed at Sea Elegance. The place is charming, sparkling clean, and well appointed with thoughtful items and conveniences, including a lovely selection of beverages in the fridge. I almost cried in joy that we had use of a washing machine. Fabio is delightful and accommodating, and made our stay perfect.

Nothing negative to say; everything was perfect!

Such a wonderful host who made our stay unforgettable. Fabio is extremely friendly and welcoming!!! He accommodates your evey need. The place was gorgeous and clean, it does its mane just: Sea Elegance! An elegant, beautifully decorated apartment. It was clean, spacious, bright and gorgeous. You will find there everything you could possibly need and more. It was right in the center, very close to the beach and the boat shuttle to the Marinello Lakes; there's a grocery store right besides it. A free parking to our car right beside the apartment on a quiet street. The place was safe, gated and has an adorable patio in the front with tables chairs and sodas, adorably and tastefully decorated. Did I mention the host Fabio & his sister in law Monica were absolutely wonderful?!

We were blown away with this property. Was so nice to have quality decor, furnishings, comfortable spaces, well equipped kitchen, thoughtful little things such as items in the fridge and even a little leaving gift! Everything was spotless, and we even had Bluetooth speaker, Alexa and hair straightener! Fabio could not have been more helpful and available, this property deserves all the stars! The area has so much to offer, do stay here for a few nights and this property is the best choice I can assure you.

Very stylish and comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed it a lot and felt very welcome. The place has a small terrace when you can relax. There are several bars, shops and restaurants nearby. Parking was possible directly on street and so without any issues. The beach is around 10 min walking or 2 min driving distance away.

Fabio is very welcoming host, very easy going person- can advise what to visit and where to have a dinner in Sicily. The place is fantastic! Very clean, modern, comfortable. Has everything you need for your stay! Great location!

Everything was absolutely fantastic.

Super comfy, modern, extremely clean, brand new, stylish. Outdoor garden. Facilities such as equipped kitchenette, washing machine etc. Very friendly English speaking staff. Fabio the owner makes maximum effort to make his business work.
