The hotel was recently renovated, with an excellent location on the main street facing the water. Our room was large and well appointed, including a kitchenette and a large bathroom. It had a balcony facing the lake, with an excellent view. The bed was good. There was a nice terrace on the top floor. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The staff was super friendly, the hotel was recently renovated and everything was modern and sparkling clean, the room was very comfortable with an outstanding view over the lake and the location is excellent, very central and walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Oh, and the breakfast was fabulous. I can’t wait to go back.

There is no parking at the hotel and it was sometimes hard to find free parking nearby. It would be great to have a sitting room that guests can use.

Parking is on the road and although there is ample free parking in easy walking distance of the hotel is can get busy and it was not always easy to find a space - required driving up and down the road a few times. I did always get a space but not straightforward.

Lovely regeneration of a traditional hotel location in Stresa. Beautiful lake views from the room balcony and from the breakfast terrace. Great selection at breakfast. Easy walking distance into the town and to the pier on the lake to be able to pick up lake boat tours. Hosts were super welcoming and helpful. As a new hotel everything is really clean and of high quality.

The hotel owners and staff were extremely friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Stresa. We wanted to rent a motor boat on the lake one day and they located a rental company for us and helped arrange it. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and close walking distance to all the Stresa restaurants and shops. We had a beautiful view of the lake. My husband ran lakeside every morning and really enjoyed that. This was the first stop on our babymoon and we really enjoyed spending 5 nights here and relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay recently at the Sempione Boutique Hotel. The hotel is immaculate and the rooms with the amazing views of the lake are gorgeous. It’s in a perfect location right by the lake and ferries and the centre with all its restaurants is just a short stroll away. The restaurant right next door is great too! The roof terrace with its wonderful views over the lake is fantastic and the perfect place to enjoy a lovely, cold Aperol Spritz after a long day of sightseeing. Daniela and her team were all lovely and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re going to Stresa, we’ll certainly be returning.

I didn't like leaving.

The location of the hotel is fabulous, the view from the terrace is second to none, the hotel has been refurbished to an excellent standard, but most importantly the owners and all staff are some of the friendliest I have ever encountered! Nothing is too much trouble for them. We felt so welcome and comfortable throughout our whole stay. The bar was closed and I was working on the terrace when Daniella came and offered me a coffee, simple touches like this made the experience special and I really felt like a valued customer . I highly recommend this property and I wil definitely l visit again. Thank you to all the team at Sempione!

Absolutely lovely boutique hotel. Ideally located alongside a quiet stretch of the lake and very close to all boat departures. Superb rooftop terrace for breakfast and very friendly staff. We had the studio, very clean, cosy and functional. Ideal for a small family with independent entry and terrace. Would return without hesitation if we go back to Stresa!

Best location, directly across the boat station and around the corner of the city center. Nice bars and restaurants near by. A little diamont, very nice and clean rooms, phantastic view on the lake. The breakfast is absolutely sufficient and good. Great view from the roof top. The hosts are super friendly and I will come back.
