the staff is extremely friendly and eager to hep, especially the front desk staff. the property is less than a year old. every thing works. what attracted us most is the size of the apartment suite. it is almost 600 square feet. I cannot think any other hotel in Rome has this size. we also like the hotel’s location. it is in Monti neighborhood. close to many attractions and close to train stations. many restaurants are close to but not next to the hotel. I am glad for our decision to choose this hotel and I am happy for the good the staff has been doing.

The room was fantastic! The location was an easy walk from the train station, and close enough to walk to major attractions. Nice breakfast as well.

Beautifully designed hotel in an excellent location, and the service is first rate. The staff is wonderful and provided a great list of recommendations for nearby restaurants, coffee, drinks, markets. Would definitely stay here again.

The restaurant menu was not quite to our British taste, but the quality was good. Our room air conditioning didn't seem to work but we didn't query this. Our toilet seat was loose.

Well appointed and designed room. Very helpful, friendly staff. Beautiful bathroom. Very quiet hotel.

What a wonderful stay! The room was lovely and spacious and the location of the hotel was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and always eager to assist. One night we enjoyed excellent cocktails at the hotel bar as well!

Hope there is a night light or a little light in the room’s entrance or the kitchen place. Because when you travel with a kid, you won’t open the whole light in the midnight, but you sometimes indeed need a light to got some drinks.

It is a small hotel but the staff let you feel you are in a 5 stars hotel. Super friendly and thoughtful.

The room was really cold, 19.5 Celsius when we checked in at 6PM, and it warmed up to 21 by the last day (we stayed for 4 nights in February 2023). I think bathroom was probably colder since the balcony door was there and the tiles were really cold. Worse than that, hot water wasn't hot, it was warm but not enough to enjoy a shower. Balcony is really just a ledge, not enough to set two chairs and a table, just two foldable chairs next to each other. Rooftop was closed, restaurant was under renovations and there were some works in the couryard as well. I believe it would've been much better if we stayed during the summer months. But staff is absolutely lovely and it's spotless.

Brand new and spotlessly clean! Staff is amazing and go out of their way to ensure guests have a great stay. We had two rooms, each with a balcony overlooking a lovely and serene courtyard. Great spot to unwind. Beds were very comfortable and rooms provided all important amenities. Great breakfast. We also had dinner in the hotel one night and the food was delicious. Loved the carbonara. As two women traveling alone we felt very safe. The location is convenient to get to all major attractions but is away from the crazy crowds of Rome. Would definitely stay here again and HIGHLY recommend. Grazie mille to all the wonderful staff who made our stay extra special.

We liked everything! Hotel is at perfect location, near Colloseum and 20-30min walking to main attractions. Street is full of mini restaurants and bars but still very quiet in the night and away from the crowd. Hotel is new, clean, beautiful interior design, room was spacious, staff is polite and professional. We will come back for sure.
