The floor of the bathroom was quite uncomfortable to walk on and it was frustrating to not be able to shower properly.

It was a very beautiful room and the staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The temperature and resources of the room were good. The breakfast was also excellent.

It was just so much fun staying in a cave. My room #20 had a small private sitting area outside the room with an excellent view.

The bathroom was a bit uncomfortable as we did not know there was no shower but just a bath tub which was difficult for our older friends. Internet connection was not consistent, which should be improved.

Breakfast was superb with a fantastic warm service from the staff. Room was also very nice and exquisite. Candles and atmosphere was perfect even though we were not in a honeymoon I will advise for a romantic stay easily and wholeheartedly.

The stone pavements of the exterior walks and streets could be a little slippery in the rain. Because of this and all of the steps, a walking stick would be helpful for older visitors in any weather.

The room was spacious, beautifully renovated and furnished, with modern amenities. Our room had only two small windows, more for light than views. It was wired for electric lighting and outlets, but the provided candles created a rustic and romantic atmosphere. It was convenient to the office and the breakfast room. The location is at the edge of the canyon and our door opened directly onto a terrace with an unobstructed 180-degree view of the dramatic ravine immediately below. The surroundings were equally stunning by day or night. The breakfast was superb, the offerings were varied and bountiful.

The cave didn't have a comfortable seat, appreciate the authentic nature of the furniture, though a more comfortable lounge chair for two would have made this 10/10

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. An authentic and memorable experience to live and hear the local history. Breakfast offered options to suit varied tastes and true to the values of the property. Centrally located to walk the old town, with easy to follow directions to the car park and transfer.

Shower provided limited amount of hot water so you have to have a quick shower!

Very interesting experience to stay in a traditional cave house! We visited in Feb but the room was kept very warm and comfortable. Well maintained facilities and amazing breakfast with homemade breads and cheeses. Reception staff were all very friendly and helpful

Breakfast was delicious! Room was so cozy and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They helped arrange a wine/olive oil tasting, helped with dinner reservations and were just so responsive to all my requests/questions. I did not want to leave.

Be careful with the sleepers inside the room. The rocks are very soft and you can fall.
