The only inconvenient for us was the elevator. It is really small and not always coming. We were traveling with a stroller, so it was a bit inconvenient from this point of view.

The property exceded our expectations. As there are only a few photos shown, we were not sure what to expect. The hotel itself is quite old (furniture wise), but the room is very nice and big. We also had a big balcony facing the sea, which was deffinitely a plus. We appreciated the 5 minutes walk till the nearest free access beach, the nice personell, the good breakfast (held in a beautiful sea-view closed terrace). I really recommend this hotel if your budget is not that high. Indeed it is nothing new, but will work well if not really picky. Also, the staff is super nice and helpfull.

The A/C was locked without any way to use it, which was difficulty for comfort as our stay was at the end of May.

The breakfast was very good especially with a view of the ocean. Room balcony was cute and had a good view. The patio was decorated with plants. Staff was helpful.

Unfortunately the ‘double/queen’ bed was two singles pushed together so sunk in the middle and we could feel the springs of one of the mattresses and the pillows were really flat. The hotel needs some maintenance (looks a little tired) but the atmosphere and staff made up for it so it didn’t matter. Will be good for future guests to enjoy the renovated restaurant too that we missed out on.

Loved the balcony and location, plus the staff were excellent. Large and lovely selection for breakfast.

The hotel room needs renovation. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. I'm not allergic, but for someone who is, it would be terrible. Also the sink was a bit blocked. The water took a long time to go down.

The breakfast was incredibly delicious! The hotel is close to the metro and bus station that connects it to Fiumicino Airport. The sea view from my balcony room was beautiful.

Staff were excellent and very accommodating in assisting me with computer access and requests. The breakfast was very good with lots of selection served in a nice breakfast room with a view across to the beach and the Mediterranean

It was a bit of a walk to restaurants and I was unsure of their quality or how safe the area was. In daylight it looked fine.

I had a nice room that looked onto the beach. The reception area was lovely, quite quirky, and I had a nice drink there from the adjacent bar. The breakfast was pretty standard for an Italian breakfast. I was able to park my car inside the premises.

My bed was uncomfortable in room 118. My friend's bed in room 120, however, was very comfortable.

Actually I gave nothing to say bad about the place.

Location. The building was a bit dated in the swnse of architectural style, but that is what made it unique, the vibe was comfortable. The front court yard and back court yard were great gathering places. The staff were very helpful. The view we had was great over looking the ocean.

The only thing to maybe criticise is that the walls are a bit thin and I could hear my room’s neighbours a bit.

The staff was super nice and accommodating. The breakfast was abundant and the sea is right across the road. The rooms are a bit oldschool but very nicely laid out.
