This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location in Taormina. The room is more beautiful than the pictures on Booking.com, the view is magnificent. The service is wonderful. Best stay of our trip in Sicily.

We changed rooms after one night (due to a change we made last minute) to a room with lateral sea view, and it felt less good compared to the first with sea view- it was bigger in size, but balcony was small, bath older and bed lass comfortable. Although- still very clean. All in all we recommend!

Location is comfortable, walking distance to everywhere on Taormina (even Isola Bella - but better to come back with the cable car). The staff were amazing- welcoming, cared for us and gave travel advices. Cleaness was wonderful. The balcony in the room with sea view was amazing and huge, but the room itself was too small. Breakfast was good with large variety, but more on the sweet side. Pool is great, clean and comfortable, and the bar was not expensive for drinks.

Challenging approach road.

Lovely old fashioned decoration. Quiet location on various levels with lovely views. Well kept gardens with the scent of jasmine wafting up the hill. Quiet contrast to the busy streets in the town.

- Needed to vacate the parking lot immediately after check-out due to limited space - Not suitable for elderly or people with disabilities due to climbing stairs or ramp

The only thing to mention is pool hours- 11-17h seems too short , it would be nice to chill by the pool after 5pm..

The weather could have been better. And the cable car down to the beach was closed for repairs during out stay.

The location with sea views from breakfast room and bar restaurant is perfect . The staff were charming and helpful, able to switch between languages at need and just right in their manner. The public rooms of the hotel are bright and pleasant with just the right amount of Sicilian themed decorations.

There is a steep ramp to get on the road- those with accessibility issues may find it difficult.

Parking is for 20 euros and has to be booked in advance, we did not so we had to park outside but it can be difficult as there are limited spaces.

The view is magical, it is so peaceful and quiet yet a 10 minute walk away from the vibrant taormina city centre. The rooms are not too big, but they are okay. The breakfast is also okay. You can go to mazaro for the beach.

All the people at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful and happy to converse with me in Italian. The hotel restaurant was wonderful, The pillows on the bed were nice and comfortable unlike the typical flat Italian ones.

Beds are on the firm side. Dinner and lunch options very average but good choice for breakfast although would have like freshly squeezed juice and/or fresh fruit.

Views from our balcony, pool, bar and restaurant. Generous balcony sizes. Shutters on bedroom windows aid a great night’s sleep and I imagine essential at keeping the room cool in summer. The availability of connecting rooms when travelling as a family. Location a short walk to bus terminus when travelling from Catania or the airport. Short walk also to cable car to beach and into town. ALL staff members were friendly, polite and helpful. Clean.

We had a fantastic family stay at the hotel. The location was perfect - a short walk to the main street/restaurants and the cable car to Isola Bella was a few minutes walk. As a family it was good to be a walkable distance from everything but also not in the central busy main street and away from the noise. The views were just magical. Great to wake up to, enjoy from the pool or at breakfast. Just stunning. The team were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was full of authentic Sicilian charm - the food, the decor, the atmosphere.

We honestly couldn’t fault any part of the hotel and stay

From the moment we arrived at Hotel Sirius, we received warm, friendly and attentive hospitality by the full team. As a family of 4 (2 small girls aged 4 & 5), traveling can sometimes be challenging, however, the whole team made our stay extremely comfortable and an amazing experience. The Hotel itself is beautiful, with the most incredible views of Taormina. Location was great, with a 10 minute walk into the heart of Taormina, and a 5 minute walk to the cable cars down to Isola Bella. The team were on hand to support with any query, and spent time with us as a family during breakfast and meals, engaging with us and making us feel at home. We’ve travelled to many hotels and places, and Hotel Sirius in Taormina has quickly become one of our absolute favorites.
