I could hear people in an adjacent room. The towel warmer didn’t work. Lots of shower caps but no travel size shampoo or small bar of soap.

Easy to access and on a quiet side street. Big bathroom! Housekeeping service daily.

This location was excellent, if I ever get to go back to Rome I will be staying here again. The breakfast was served in the room with no extra cost and it felt like a movie! The staff were extremely helpful, guided us, called cabs, and suggested restaurants. It is also in a great location, everything is in walking distance!

Nothing! Everything was wonderful!

Even before check in, Matteo was extremely responsive and proactive. We arrived after the check in time so he gave us clear instructions on how to get into the building and get into our room. The facilities were clean and room was spacious. It was nice having breakfast served in our room in the mornings. The location of the B&B was perfect — easy walking distance to the Vatican and to other sites in Rome like Trevi/Pantheon etc.

The hotel was marvellous! Really: everything exceeded our expectations. Very friendly receptionists (Ludovica and the girl from the Philippines (please forgive me, I don't remember the name)) - they helped on. With breakfast, with a map of the city, kept up a friendly conversation. The room was very bright, clean, after renovation, incredibly cosy. There were all the bathroom amenities. There was a refrigerator and air conditioning. The shower was a special treat - 2 shower systems at once! The location of the hotel is the very centre. We were with a small child and there was a separate place for our pram. Lift in the building. In general, the best hotel in Rome! We recommend it)! Breakfast is perfect 😍 even for a baby )

If you're sensitive to sound, I would recommend to use earplugs as the walls were a bit thin and you could hear sounds from the hallway or the neighbouring rooms, but I had my earplugs so it wasn't any issue.

The location was perfect and we walked everywhere. The owner sent us a list of places to eat and all the recommendations were excellent. The communication beforehand was also very good and we got detailed explanation on how to enter the property.
