The TV wasn't working. Room and shared spaces were rather cold.

The room was spacious, confortable and private. Shared bathroom was accessable and clean. During my stay, the common spaces were quiet and usually without any visitors. Great value for that price.

Lack of information on how to proceed at check-out - whether to leave the keys in the room or put them back where I had retrieved them.

The accommodation is in a central location, an excellent departure point for sightseeing, and only 10 min from the train station on foot. The apartment has a big kitchen, with a limited choice of food and drink items available to guests throughout the day. Spacious rooms, bathrooms and common areas in general.

The service and the staff was excellent. Very nice and helpful people. All things like getting the key or asking questions went very good. The bed and room was good. For this price at this location it was really a good accomodation

the staff was not very polite and I also think it has something to do with where I come from. I didn’t felt comfortable and they generaly seemd another to help with basic stuff. Check out is around 10am but they turn on some light in the room at 8am and start making realy big noise so that they will make you leave.

Large triple room for our 2-night stay, very convenient for the shared bathroom which was just opposite our door! Very clean facilities, excellent location, good base to explore Trieste!

Shared bathroom is ok; facilities are a bit dated and ruined with limescale. It looked clean though.

The accommodation is just 10 minutes from the train station and few step away from the city cente. I found the self-check in super useful and staff available on booking chat. My room was clean and the bed comfortable

I had breakfast included, I got up on time but there was nobody to serve breakfast and the cleaning lady didnt know anything. There wasnt any food neither. I think some of the pictures are not real or at least I couldnt find this place outside with tables and chairs. Very expensive for a room, but Trieste and the area is expensive.

The accomodation is nice to spend a night. Rooms are clean, big and confortable beds. It has 2 toilets, a kitchen and a small balcony for smokers. It has self check-in very helpful in case you arrive late and they provide clear instructions.

There were only 2 bathrooms for the whole floor. And both of those were huge rooms with a toilet, a shower and a sink. So if you’d be in a hurry and 2 people were taking shower, you wouldn’t be able to go to a toilet. The walls are paper thin. We heard a guy snoring like he was sleeping next to us and not in a next room.

Before we arrived the lady on the reception texted us that there’s a possibility of checking in an hour early which was pretty nice! Overall, the location was really good and the room had pretty comfortable beds. The whole place was very clean and the stuff was very friendly.

Very nice place just in the city center. Everything fine, a bit adventurous check-in, clean and comfortable room. I only regret the famous Trieste tram is still not working (the accomodation is very close to its end-station).
