I could hear the dog bark and smell cigarette smoke in the apartment next door. The dog’s bark was less irritating than the cigarette smoke.

The electronic system to access the apartment was handy and was functioning very well, but maybe it was making things feel a bit dry and anonymous. It is always nice to meet a human host rather than relay only to digital codes.

Our room seemed to be part of another apartment, separated by a normal door. As a consequence, we heard the neighbors talk in the room next door a lot. The bed was actually a sofa bed, not very comfortable but okay enough for 3 nights. It was not very clear from the description that I had booked a sofa bed. There were quite some mosquitoes at night and installing mosquito nets would easily prevent them from entering. The room gets hot easily, so if opening the windows is not an option (because of mosquitoes), the A/C is another option.

Everything about the Deluxe Apartment: - full cooking and bathroom equipment, great staff assistance (for questions, better call the main helpline between 3pm and 8pm) - no traffic but surprisingly close to facilities (supermarket, banks, even concerts around - and don't get me started on the abundance of good food around here) - easy check-in and check-out as I emailed them a few days before my arrival. - soft bedding, comfy place overall

Very convenient location for us, close to everywhere we needed to go. Good restaurants, coffee, grocery, etc. apartment was just the right size and well equipped for extended stay. Very quiet and clean, everything was new.

The apartment is highly recommended for trips to Lake Garda or Verona. Mega professional approach to the customer and nice contact with Mateo, the staff of the property. Very well explained access to the parking in the nearby shopping center and in a very well described entrance to the apartment. The apartment itself very cool, fresh and modernly equipped, right in the center of Rovereto. We will definitely use again in the future. Rovereto itself is very positively surprising and you can not get bored in the evening.

The place is not charming at all so this is subjective. The entire place is white and no decoration. It seems very business and no soul. No personality. But it is exactly how it is advertised.

Everything clean and everything work as it is supposed to. Very spacious and has 2 toilets. 2 air conditioning. Electric shutters. The bed was super comfortable 😌 🙌

It was a bit confusing to open the door the first time, since I thought the phone number were only to be used once, ever. But I had a friend with her family already staying there, and she explained I could use it every time I needed to open the front gate.

It was clean and close to everything (historic center, museum, bars, supermarket, etc). The owner called me to make sure everything went alright.

The signin process was very confusing. I was lucky my son was with me and helped me figure it out. I am surprised you didn’t have my email because I included it on the booking.com app. They should have shared it with you for your records as well as having it on file to contact me. I also didn’t know what the wifi password was upon arriving. I also had another renter come to my door asking me for the wifi. She also mentioned the sign in process was confusing.

Walls are thin, so you can hear everything in the living room (where I slept) from the next door neighbours, if you are lucky and have a quiet couple great, but a family with screaming kids isn't great to have next door.

The apartment is brand new, with everything needed to cook and enjoy the stay- lovely shower gel- bed is comfortable. Location is great as very convenient to everything in the centre and the museum, it is only a bit tricky if you have lots of bags and the car as you will need to park few minutes walk away- this is a Permit only area so cars aren't allowed. Staying in Rovereto allows you to have the Trentino free card to access museums for the duration of your stay which was brilliant, we were told that by the Tourist office. You just have to ask the owner of the apartment and it will be sent to you via e mail.

No daylight nearly at all. No bedside lamp. Lack of electrical outlets in convenient places, e.g. close to bedside tables. Very poor almost no cellular coverage.

The check-in process included zero contact with people and was quite complicated. The room is very small. The cost doesn't reflect that one sleeps on a folding bed.
