Location is in the center of the city. Easy acces to all touristic attractions, port and bus. Rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is good.

I was aware the cruise ship would be disembarking, but we timed it wrong to try and get an airport taxi. The area was thronged at 8am .

the window of the room looked out into a tunnel so there was very little natural light - this was fine for us as it was only a quick visit but any longer than a night this would not be ideal.

The location is perfect if you are due to get a boat from the port. Our flight got in late in the evening and with an early boat the next morning, this location and room were perfect for the quick stopover. The room was sizeable, the bed was comfy and the shower was nice also.

Since the rooms are at the port, it is very cold and when I said that I wanted to use the heating function of the air conditioner, I was informed that I would not use the air conditioner. They said they would give me an extra blanket if I was cold.

Room was stuffy and humid; there was no air conditioning. Door to patio did not lock well, so we could not leave the door open. Plus patio space was open to the public walking by.

Hotel was near the cruise ship docking. Location was convenient for organizing any day trips to the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, and Capri, as well as being centrally located for everything in Napoli. Room accommodated three very nicely. Bathroom was a little small, but doable. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Window looked onto a covered walkway, so not much natural light.

Excellent location close to ferry port, metro, tourist sites, and bus stop for airport bus. Very large room, quiet and very clean. Buffet breakfast served until 10am

Calm, clean, gracious employees - wonderful! And so quiet. The reason we took a chance on this hotel right next to a cruise ship dock is based on former reviews re quiet. Yes indeed! Both nights we slept through the docking of 2 enormous cruise ships. AmAzINg! And to be right next door to the Alibus to the airport was great!!!

Ground floor rooms have patio doors right out onto the street which didn’t feel very private, although there are 2 sets of lockable doors, so are safe. Breakfast was o.k.

The location right next to the ferry was amazing, and the hotel was modern, clean and comfortable with a lovely walk-in shower, nice bed. The area is very safe, as you have to pass through a security gate to access the property.

The location of this hotel was very convenient for the purpose of my trip. I found that it was easy for me to navigate to from the train station. Public transportation was accessible to the hotel. Staff were friendly. My room was bigger than expect and the bed was very comfortable. I was also able to walk and find restaurants close by. Will definitely stay here again.

The main entrance looks a 3 star hotel. We were not able to switch the air conditioning because the hotel decide. There were many mosquitoes, we only open the window once and my daughters got bitten every single night.

I wasn’t very impressed with the hotel, outside it looks small and not very elegant. The restaurant it is only one and they never had desert available during our stay. The food was good and breakfast delicious. My favourite part was the staff, very kind, helpful, polite and professional, those people made the hotel a better place. The first class service was provide by Alessandra, a lovely, incredible professional and helpful receptionist. Alessandra was always kind and ready to help me for any inconvenience. Unfortunately I didn’t have a chance to say goodbye. Grazie mille Alessandra sei stata grandiosa!!!

I would appreciate a glass for toothbrush in the bathroom and view to the open see or volcano, not to a side of the building to a huge ship parked in the port.

We spent 2 nights at the hotel. It has great central location, walking distance to the historical centre. Right outside there is airport bus stop, metro station and also the tour bus pick up location was right there. The room was comfortable and clean, hotel staff very nice and breakfast was very tasty with nice variety of food. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it.

The AC is turned off during Spring. During the day the outside hot temperature warms up the room so you need to sleep with open windows. My room was on the street side so the noise from the traffic kept me up all night.

The Staff at the hotel were very friendly and gave uabideas of where to eat and visit. The rooms were awesome and clean very modern. Will stay here again when I come back
