The breakfast is a buffet, but you are not free to help yourself to the food, but instead have to request it to a waiter, which makes things rather slow.

I stayed in a room that was connected to another room by a door; all evening I could hear the TV from the next room, also someone came to the room in the morning, I was in bed and did't saw who is was, hope that just cleaning stuff, because I heard that my room door was open and after someone told "Ooooppps" and closed it.

Price-quality is really good, I didn't expect something from this booking, but hotel is nice.

The pillows could have been a bit softer or at least one of them...the rest is OK.

Unexpected negligence/ disinterest from the staff ..!! We found at our way back to hotel the door of our room widely open..!!! Nobody care !! - nobody came after we informed the staff even to say something ...to apologize !!!

Just a minor thing: the room is not that big, no space for a chair.

Excellent location, near Termini in a street with some nice restaurants too. The staff is very friendly, my special compliments to the breakfast staff. It is a bit unusual to be served from a buffet maybe, but an absolutely pleasure because of the service with a big smile and great coffee too. The rooms are modern, and very clean. Our room was equipped with an electric kettle, which we also appreciated.

I just had a hard time finding the the location at first.

The location is few minutes walk from Termini where I prefer. Breakfast is great especially knowing there are staff who is from my country. Also room is clean and big compared to others.

When I arrived, around 23.30/24.00, the main door was closed and no one was at the reception, so I had to wait 10 minutes outside before being let in.

The hotel location was extremely comfortable for reaching the main train station. The room was really tidy and clean. The bathroom style was really nice.

Just a small piece of feedback: Many of the hotels I visit have a more lenient and human approach to check-in times (not checkout). At this hotel, even when I arrived 2 hours early, they required a fee of approximately €30 for an "Early Check-in." However, to store our baggage, it was free, and I am thankful for that.

There was some mold in the shower corners.

This was a welcome respite after weeks of staying in subpar accommodations. They welcomed us with a smile and were all multilingual! Elevators! White sheets! Breakfast with eggs and bacon!!! Air conditioning! A tv you can cast to! Literally the dream compared to everywhere else. We especially loved Riccardo who helped us with our in room air conditioning and provided smiles! We also loved the texting option for their in house concierge. Very convenient.
