We only had one sheet and a duvet which did not have a cover on it. I requested a top sheet.

The room was fine. We were charged tax for 3 people even though there were only 2 of us. I had to request a top sheet.

Mold in the bathroom and bedroom. The water stopped working in the evening, but we were offered another room. We had already settled for bed and declined though. Very nice of him to offer.

The room was very hot all the time. There is no proper cooling system. There was one water cooler, which was not effective. There was a small stand fan which was not enough to cool the room. There was problem with the shower. The kitchen was a bit dirty.

The bathroom is shared amongst the floor. The kitchen area is limited and also shared.

The location is superb and the rooms were clean. Good for a few nights stay in Rome.

Rude and weird receptionist

Absolutely rude and informal receptionist... He don't possedes the minimum standards to acomplish his job. He was so, so weird!

It's not a hotel, it's a guy that has two apartments and rents them on Booking. The receptionist was rude and took us a few blocks away in another apartment. That place didn't have air-conditioning (IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SUMMER WITH 38-40C ) our room only had some sort of fan that didn't do much. You only get one towel, no complimentary shampoo or shower gel. The bathroom doesn't heve a shower, only a bathtub. It has hot water but it's hard to have a constant temperature also I think the water smelled weird. It has a small kitchen but I wasn't brave enough to use it. One more thing, I think there are people constantly living in the apartment he took us to. If you wake up at the same time they get ready for work you'll have to wait for a while to use the bathroom. Only recommend this place for a night in a hurry.

It's very close to all important places in Rome. Sheets were clean, bed was ok.

The receptionist was so rude. We wait more than 10 minutes outside the building waiting to enter. Once inside, the first thing that receptionist did was complain because we ring the bell too many time. He didn't even said "hello" at our arriving.

The doors were very thin and prone to outside noise, partner had woken up with bite marks so we suspect that there may be bed bugs.

Ceiling fan in room was good, the ceiling and window with shutters of the room we stayed in was very Italian style which was nice, the property had modern looking bathrooms and had working hot water

To get to the place first call them as there is no reception there. Also please do not let the Indian guys who runs this place to move You to another property (they tried that with us and we slept 1 night in very dirty place in the next building on the same street) Shower in one of the bathrooms is a little broken

There was almost no warm water and the heater wasn't working, we was freezing the whole night.

The location was very nice, near to the train station, shops and restaurants. The place was pretty clean.
