We didn't meet anyone et reception on our check in and nor on our check out even though we arrived and left within the scheduled time of the property. Same for other guests. We even called the phone no. left on the reception by the staff but still no answer. This is not cool cuz' someone might be in hurry. Toilet paper in bathroom was only one which was kind a quarter of it left and placed not cool somewhere inside the bathroom. It should be a new and entire one.......

Most of the time, there is nobody at the reception, and the comunication was a little bit difficult because the host only speak italian.

Is closer to the train station (10-15 min walk away) and city center, in the front of the building is a tram station, and you can get very quick in the center. The bed is comfy. :) the entrance is nice and near the building is a local coffee shop, I totally recomand their coffee.

The bathroom had a problem and the water was always stuck. It wasn't easy to take a shower. The next day, I reported to the guy who cleaned the room, but the problem was not solved, and I couldn't shower. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. There was no option to put my luggage after check-out.

The property is located near the train station "Sanat Maria Novella." You can reach by walking (around 15-20 minutes) or tram (around 10 minutes). We arrived late at night, and I communicated with the landlord. So, the self-check-in process was so good and effortless. It was quiet.

The water at the shower area doesn’t drain properly. You are in a puddle of water while showering. The hair dryer is faulty. I called the owner who agreed to look into it but no action.

This apartment is located at Belfoire Tram stop (2 stops from the Florence main Train Station) and 3 stops from UNITA (city centre). This location is more suitable for transiting guests. I booked the family room which was average sized, clean and comfortable. There is a TV, electric kettle and coffee maker. A few bars of soap and sachet of hair con. Very basic. Refurbishment and repair & maintenance needed.

It was close to the tram stop. But the sign Soggiorno Madrid over the door is easy to miss. So we walked 10 minutes extra with our luggage.

The price was good. It was comfy. We were only there a few hours because we arrived in Florence (7am) and wanted to rest before catching our 7pm flight. They let us store our luggage after 9:30am and allowed us to check in a little earlier. The location is great because it is just across the street from the Belfiore stop on the tram from the airport into the city.

The cleaners came in very early at 8am and were very noisy - you could hear everything from the room. Shower was tiny aswell

The room is good, right next to the tram station so easy to access main train station and other locations.

Mosquitos. The housekeeper was friendly and helpful, but very noisy early in the morning, talking loudly, phone ringing

The facility needs a renewal urgently. I had to force the keys to work, the room has signs of use (marks of shoes, dead mosquitoes on the wall, etc.) and the worse, the bath tub drain does not work at all (you have to take shower in 5 minutes or it overflows).

Bed was comfortable, the air conditioner is excellent and it is close to the train station.

Mosquitoes were around so needed insect repellent or some window screening. Needed a few things for the kitchen like a sponge to wash dishes, tea towel to dry, coffee pods for coffee machine, bottle opener etc. The shower just needs a good scrub to remove some of the mould.

Easy access, details provided efficiently before arrival, helpful and timely responses to any questions . Beds were good, shower pressure good, easy access to the building and apartment. It was on level one so easier to manage lifting luggage up only a few stairs.

Location is not in city center, but the price is very good according to the location.

Excellent apartment with all you need and very nice and clean, beautiful apartment. Location is away from city center but you can get there in 10min by tramve or 20min by walking.

No one to greet you. Communication not great. The hallway entrance looked very untidy and tired and is in need of renovation.
