Sink faucet was tight and a bit difficult to open and close, but likely an easy fix. Otherwise no problems!

Great place to stay right in the heart of Rome! Walking distance to many attractions. Room was very clean, modern and well kept. As a bonus, water bottles were placed in the room for us each day of our stay, and Soha gave us many restaurant recommendations (for different prices ranges and different specialties- the ones we tried were fantastic). Would return to stay here again.

The room was very nice and in a great location. The host was super nice and very helpful with places to eat and things to do. She even left us a bottle of champagne for my birthday and we didn’t even tell her about my birthday. I would definitely recommend this place and if I ever go back to Rome will stay here again.

The only things I would suggest that would have been nice are little shampoo and conditioners instead of just the hand soap pump in the shower, and the blow dryer just blew cold air so it took a lot longer to dry my hair. Not deal breakers at all! I would love to return to stay here again.

The location couldn’t have been better! We were less than a 10 minute walk away from the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. After having driven through other areas of Rome, we were relieved when we got to this area - it felt totally safe and was much nicer (no graffiti). The room itself is very clean and comfortable and is very large for European hotel rooms. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by.

The location was perfect between the Spanish Steps and Travis fountain.. we could walk to both day and night. Metro was quick walk and easy to access. Staff very helpful too!

The shower is a little cold and water stream isn't perfect. Also the safe is pretty small, and only fits a phone and a passport. Other than that it's perfect.

The room and the location are practically perfect for a stay in Rome at this price. Soha was extremely nice, welcoming us at 23pm with a smile and doing everything to make sure we're comfortable and having fun. Will definitely come back.

Perfect accommodations in the heart of the city. Location, location, location! Also the owner got in contact with me the day ahead via text AND WhatsApp to ensure our arrival and also accommodated transportation from the airport. I’ve never had such an experience with hotel owners prior, quite exceptional!

I really like this balcony. On the main road, I like the scenery on the balcony. The sound insulation effect is also very good when the door is closed, so there is no need to worry about waking up during sleep. And we arrived late, and the homeowner was waiting for us to go, providing a detailed introduction to the surrounding attractions and distances, which was very thoughtful. The geographical location is also very good, close to the subway and major attractions.

The location of the property, the street view from the room & the proactive support from the staff and the owner herself towards ensuring the stay for their guests is pleasant & well supported. The property is located on the 1st floor and it has an elevator, very helpful for people with large suitcases.
