Very nice renovation for this very welcoming, clean and comfortable hotel. A range of sweet and savoury breakfasts to suit all tastes. Room with balcony overlooking the marina. The staff are very welcoming and available to answer any questions.

Very nice location overlooking the new marina, on the sea-front, in a very quiet location Rooms and hotel have been renovated since my last visit pre-covid - it was always well finished, but now it's really great Nice buffet breakfast with good choice. Easy access to old town via an elevator near by. 10 minutes walk to the station Very friendly and attentive staff. Good value for money

Unfortunately, there is major construction work taking place to the left of the hotel as you look to sea. Our original room was on that side but they had no problem finding us one on the other side. This may be a problem if you were there for a length of time, but it didn't spoil our two days in any way. Obviously this is not the fault, or criticism, of the hotel in any way but may need to be taken into account. Also, a couple of previous reviews refer to 'private beach', which really isn't the case. Whilst it is right in front of the hotel, there is no 'deal' for sunbeds and umbrellas, and you will have to pay the normal (and typical) rate from the helpful guy who runs the beach.

Lovely 3-star hotel overlooking the new harbour at Ventimiglia. 10 minute walk from the station and 1 minute walk to the beach, with various restaurants close by, as well as an elevator to the stunning Old Town. The hotels own restaurant was excellent, and seemed to be regularly busy with non-residents as well. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Comfortable room, with good bathroom, and nice balcony with sea and harbour view.

Fantastic location. Easy elevator access to walk the old town. Easy walk along the beachfront with great restaurants nearby. 5 min taxi Euro 12 to the hotel. Great staff. View of ocean. Breakfast included. Met our needs for a stopover.

The bed was uneven and too soft for us.

The breakfast was tasty and the location across from the beach and new Marina. Walkable from the station through the tunnel and nice balcony.

A much larger selection for breakfast than we expected, very pleased with the scrambled eggs and bacon available. Nice pleasant room for eating your breakfast with two helpful staff and lovely view of the port and sea and coastline.

Rooms are very compact. Bathroom was the smallest I have ever experienced - would not suit a large built person.

Good location close to seafront and dazzling new marina, and quality restaurant. Newly fitted out rooms and modern installations including underfloor heating (which was on during high summer!!)

Unfortunately my room was opposite the lift which was very noisy. I also had the breakfast room and kitchen below me and was woken at 5 am every morning by staff preparing for service.

the hotel doesnt have any air exchange available. it was very hot in the room. you couldn’t turn on the fan or the a/c. the neighborhood is a little noisy at night so opening the windows wasnt an option. it made for a very uncomfortable stay.

this hotel is very nice. they have very nice furnishings and decor. the staff is very nice too.
