We had a hard time finding the location, but then the hosts escorted us and we parked right in front of the building. It was difficult to communicate with the host as he did not speak English. The only thing I would recommend is that some cups and glasses may be added. That would complete the perfect experience. The other thing that made us uncomfortable is that the key for apt, entrance and power are on the same connection, which made it difficult for us.

Extremely new, clean and well maintained place! The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Congratulations on that! Perfect location, quite and authentic area. We love the city! The port, the center and the beach, all so close! We only have some small recommendations :)

The apartment was very comfortable, modern design with all the necessary things. The kitchen and bathroom fully functioning and very clean. It was walking distance to everywhere in town. Even with a buggy we managed to get around without a car. The owners were great, they provided us with a baby cot and a portable baby chair to sit on the table. There was a balcony with sea view and a terrace that you can use on the third floor too.

Very welcoming hosts. Apartment was well presented and equipped, comfortable beds and kept very clean and tidy throughout the building. Lovely views from the rooftop terrace .Great location and quiet street, very little traffic passing. Would definitely stay again.

Agree with one of the previous reviews regarding plastic plates in the kitchen; should be done away with. Also, while the kitchen is well stocked, could do with a proper knife.

We had an apartment with a balcony. The property is very clean, new, in a good and quiet location. Few minutes walk to the main streets.

Location was so good that we could go to where we wanted, beach, restaurants, bus terminal and other tourists' attractions on foot. The home was well equipped with kitchen utensils and provided us with free bottled water, juice, etc. And, another positive was that host was very kind and the room was cleaned very well. We enjoyed our time at this home very much.

Immaculately clean, very friendly hosts, apartment had everything inside, comfortable bed, fresh linen and quality pillows, spacious bathroom, excellent shower, juice and water in the fridge, awesome rooftop terrace .......... FAULTLESS ! ........... and massive thank you for letting us check in so early. That's what I call hospitality.

Air con was great in the sittingroom space but didn't always reach as far as the bedroom space behind the divider quite so effectively. Only a small issue....

We stayed in one of Solemare's simple but gorgeous apartments for 5 nights. We also had access to the roof top terrace for the most beautiful sunrise breakfasts. Everything in the apartment was fitted out to a high standard and was sparkling clean. The apartment is in a perfect location in the centre of town (but on a quiet street) and 5 minutes to the seafront down some outdoor steps. Highly recommend this apartment building for a visit to Castellamare del Golfo!

I only have one word to say : amazing ! I had a really good time here in solemare casa vacanze. It is a family owned hotel and the family was super welcoming, the offered me a coffee and some Sicilian sweets when I checked in and even talked to me with my broken Italian during 20 minutes ! They really make you feel at home. The room is spacious and have everything you need. The view is more than stunning, so relaxing to wake up with this view. I can only recommend, you will have an amazing time, grazzie Mille ☺️

The apartments in themselves were very comfortable and tastefully finished! Everything was spotless. The hosts greeted us with cool drinks and some Sicilian sweet specialities which we thought was a lovely gesture. The residence is situated in a typical residential street, just 5 mins on foot from the pedestrian area, all restaurants and amenities making it very easy to go back to rest if needs be and out again in no time! I highly recommend Solemare Case Vacanze! Looking forward to visiting again! 😊

A fabulous welcome. three generations of smiles are there to welcome and serve you. In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, much attention is paid to detail. The hotel is new and spotlessly clean. There are many amenities in the bedrooms (some have a fully equipped kitchen). The house is located in a very quiet street, just a few hundred meters from the port, the beach and restaurants. We stayed in an apartment with a balcony, then in a room on the top floor with a beautiful terrace overlooking the city.

Bottom floor has no outside space, elevator is insanely slow and price is too high. Castellamara itself is a boring place.

Very clean very modern room, with great bathroom and fully equiped kitchen. Good choice for Castellamara. Location is suitable if you want to make use of bus service to Zingaro, San vito and Scopello and Palermo. Staff cannot speak English but is helpful.
