Really in the city centre, clean, nice equipment

There was some noise at night from the street and other apartments, but this is to be expected in an older building in a city centre.

The apartment was genuinely excellent! It had absolutely everything we needed including a fully equipped (and very modern) kitchen, comfortable beds, aircon and an incredible shower. It was spotlessly clean and everything was ready on arrival, including the sofa bed being fully made up. Design wise it is beautiful - a perfect mixture of traditional features like shutters, wood beams and Juliet balconies and modern practicalities. The location is excellent, around 20 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes from the duomo, with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops including a mini supermarket a minutes walk away. The area felt very safe and unthreatening and the security of the building was reassuring. Finally, the host was brilliant - he got in touch the day before to arrange check in times, was there to greet us and made both checking in and out very easy. We were a family travelling with a 4 year old and would highly recommend this apartment to families, couples or single travelers.

Everything was great. There is a parking space very close to the apartmant. You can book it in advance online and it cists 25 euros per day. The apartmant is situated in Brera area and you need just 10 minutes of a very pleasant walk to the centre. The apartmant is cosy and clean and very well equipped. My honest recommendation.

This is a little gem in the art zone of Milan. The owner gave us accurate instructions on how and when to meet him to do the check in. He was waiting for us. The location in the zone of Brera is fantastic. It's very safe to walk in the area that is plenty of upscale restaurants and shops. The building has no parking however the owner showed us a parking garage that is a block away. The owner has a very good taste decorating and designing the apartment. Very modern and comes with everything you need for your stay even if it's for a week or more. The kitchen is well equipped. Bed is good. Bathroom and shower are very nice. There's an elevator in the building however the apartment is on the first floor. If we come back to Milan that would be the place to stay.

A fluffier thicker pillow would be a welcome add. The night street noise required the use of ear plugs.

The decor was cutting edge Italian design, clean, minimalist Location in the design district was a real treat and it was close to both a subway stop and a short walk to the Duomo. Andrea met us at the apartment and gave us an overview of the flat as well as maps and advice on how to navigate the area.

Andrea the host was so helpful! His place was in a great location near the attractions, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommend. The place is complete, big and clean. The host even helped us get a cab to the train station. If there is a rate more than 10 I would give it.

It has everything you need - comfortable bed and pillows, nice and clean bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, minimalistic and modern interior. Sheets and towels also fresh and crispy clean. The location is perfect - lots of nice restaurants and shops, and in a walking distance to the Duomo. It was a wonderful time and we will definitely visit this place again when in Milano. Thank you!

The bathroom is right behind the bed with glass wall and door which was a bid uncomfortable to use when you are there with a friend. But for partners would be a problem.

Location was great , good area full of restaurants and shops. Clean, nice coat yard, and easy checkin and out. Nice kitchen and nice view of street. Very clean! Good air conditioning system .

Solferino Suite went beyond my expectations. Photos do not justify the apartment. The bed is comfy, bathroom and toilets all working well and very clean. love the scent of the shower gel and shampoo! wish I stayed longer.

Noise isolation could perhaps be improved (especially on weekend nights as quite animated area).

Centrally located, most places of interest within walking distance. Very nice area with plenty of restaurants, breakfast places, etc.
